Your health data already exists. Longa explains it. Every morning, Longa reads your Apple Health data and writes you a few honest sentences about how yesterday actually went β€” measured against your own 7- and 30-day baselines, not population averages. Not another dashboard of scores to decode. YOUR MORNING READ How you slept, where your HRV and resting heart rate landed, whether you're recovered, and one thing worth doing today. In plain language, in about the time it takes to drink coffee. ASK ABOUT YOUR OWN NUMBERS "Why am I tired?" "Is my resting heart rate trending up since I changed jobs?" "Am I recovered enough to train?" Longa answers from your actual data, not generic advice β€” and shows the numbers it used. MEASURED AGAINST YOU Your baselines, not averages for your age bracket. A 52 ms HRV means nothing on its own; what matters is whether it's up or down for you. FOR LIFTERS Connect Hevy and Longa reads your full training history alongside sleep and recovery β€” spotting lifts that have been flat for months, and building updated routines back into Hevy once you confirm them. WEEKLY RECAP Every Sunday, the bigger picture: what moved, what didn't, and what to prioritise next. BUILT ON APPLE HEALTH Works with whatever you already wear. If your watch or ring writes to Apple Health, Longa can read it. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your health data is read on your iPhone and processed only to answer you β€” never stored on our servers. Your chats and reports live on your device and your own iCloud. The morning report is free. Longa Pro unlocks the full report and unlimited coaching, with a free first week. Longa Pro is an auto-renewable subscription. Cancel anytime in Settings. About

Stretch

Features

Stretch is a simple way to follow your stretching and mobility routine without constantly checking notes, counting seconds or trying to remember what comes next. Choose one of the included routines, pick a workout and work through it at your own pace. Stretch shows you each exercise, set and side, with clear instructions and built-in timers for holds. There’s a short countdown before each timer begins, so you have time to get into position. The app includes three routines to get you started: β€’ Beginner’s Stretch β€” an approachable full-body routine with gradually longer holds β€’ Toe Touch Foundations β€” three sessions focused on building the mobility and control needed for a more comfortable toe touch β€’ Stretch with Strength β€” a mix of active mobility, controlled strength and relaxed stretching Already have a routine you like? You can use your preferred AI assistant to convert it into a format Stretch understands, then paste it into the app. Everything is checked before you save it, and nothing is uploaded. Stretch also works with Apple Watch. Start a workout on your iPhone, then follow along from your wrist. You can complete exercises, run timers and move through the routine without keeping your phone nearby. If you allow access to Apple Health, completed flexibility workouts can be saved alongside your other activity. On Apple Watch, you can also see your heart rate and active energy during a workout. Your progress is saved automatically, so if you close the app halfway through a session, you can come back and carry on where you left off. A simple history shows your completed workouts, duration and number of steps finished. There’s no account to create, no advertising and no analytics. Your routines and workout history stay on your devices. Stretch is intended for general fitness and wellbeing. If an exercise causes pain or discomfort, stop and seek advice from a qualified professional.
