Simple Muscle is an AI-native workout tracker built for the moments between sets—now on iPhone and Apple Watch—and for the AI chat you already use. Plan a workout once, then log each set quickly with clear controls for reps, weight, or time. Move between exercises, add extra sets, and manage recovery with a rest timer that follows your workout to the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Take your saved workouts to Apple Watch and train without carrying your phone. Follow your workout exercise by exercise, adjust weight, reps or duration, complete sets, and manage rest periods directly from your wrist. The core tracker is free and works offline. Create workouts, explore a library of more than 400 exercises, review session history, check weekly volume, view progress charts, adjust kg/lb and rest settings, and complete workouts without an account. Optionally save completed workouts to Apple Health so they appear in your activity history. If you sign in, optional sync can back up and restore your training data across devices. With the optional AI Connection subscription, Simple Muscle can connect to ChatGPT, Claude, or other MCP-compatible assistants so an assistant you authorize can plan, edit, and analyze workouts using your training history. Features: - Apple Watch workout tracking - Workout templates and custom workout creation - Active workout mode with exercise and set progress - Reps, weight, and duration tracking - Rest timer with pause and end-rest controls - Library of more than 400 exercises - Exercise filters, instructions, videos, and common mistakes - History, weekly summaries, session details, and progress charts - Kg/lb and week-start preferences - Lock Screen Live Activities and rest notifications - Optional Apple Health workout saving - Optional account sync and AI Connection Simple Muscle is intended for personal fitness tracking and does not provide medical advice. About

AI Macro Tracker

Looking up every food in a database is a chore, and an AI calorie count you can’t check is hard to trust. Macropass is an AI macro tracker that shows its work. Describe what you ate by text, voice or photo, see the ingredients and assumptions behind the estimate, and correct it in a sentence. WHO IT’S FOR Macropass is for people who want to keep an eye on calories and macros but stopped tracking because logging every meal took too much work. If you weigh your food and need figures that match the label, a database tracker may suit you better. LOG BY TEXT, VOICE OR PHOTO Type “protein pancakes with berries,” say it out loud, or take a photo with your camera or pick one from your library. You can add typed details to a photo and use up to 3 photos for one meal. With voice, you review the transcript before Macropass estimates anything. Previous and saved meals can be logged again from the same screen. CHECK THE AI’S WORK Every estimate lists its ingredients with portions and calories, the assumptions the AI made, and an uncertainty range on the calorie total. If something is off, type a correction like “It was 3 pancakes, not 4” or edit a portion yourself, and the estimate updates. You can still edit a meal after saving it. LOG FROM CHATGPT OR CLAUDE Connect ChatGPT, Claude or another MCP client and log meals into the same diary from a chat. Your assistant can read your goals, today’s diary and your history, and it can edit or delete meals. Connecting is optional. CALORIES AND MACROS, DAY BY DAY Macropass tracks calories, protein, carbs, fat, fiber and sugar. Your day summary updates against your targets as each meal lands. Set different calorie and macro targets for each day of the week, so training days and rest days can differ. Log your weight and see its history in Goals. Apple Health sync is optional and off by default. NO STREAKS, NO ADS Mark a day complete when you’re done. There are no streaks to keep up and no ads. Export your data or delete your account anytime from the You tab in the app. Using Macropass requires Macropass Pro, a monthly or annual subscription. Eligible accounts get a 14-day free trial on the annual plan; the monthly plan has no trial. The subscription renews automatically at the price and period shown before purchase unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. On the purchase screen, you can turn on a reminder 2 days before the annual trial ends. Macropass is a general wellness tool, not a medical device. Nutrition estimates may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not provide medical advice.
