Shadow is the boxing round timer built for one truth: once your wraps are on, your phone is off-limits. YOUR CORNERMAN, BUILT IN Turn on coach mode and a voice calls out real combos during your rounds — "one, two, slip, two", "jab, cross, switch kick". Boxing and Muay Thai, three difficulty levels (beginner, intermediate, pro), with callouts researched from real coaching practice. Combos are random every round, so no two sessions are ever the same. Pick any voice installed on your iPhone. HANDS-FREE VOICE CONTROL Say "pause", "go" or "skip" and the timer obeys. Speech recognition listens for the whole workout — no buttons to press, no gloves to take off. THE BELL NEVER STOPS Lock your screen, drop your phone in your bag, walk to the other side of the gym: rounds keep turning and the bell keeps ringing. No more silent timers. YOUR ROUNDS, YOUR RULES - Rounds, round length, rest and warm-up — fully adjustable - End-of-round warning (the classic 10-second wood clack) with custom timing and sound - Repeating inner-round alerts (e.g. every 30 seconds) to switch pace or technique - Rest-end countdown so you're up before the bell - 15 full-screen colors per phase, readable from across the gym - 29 sounds, all free: classic bell, gong, air horn, war horn… and a meme pack your gym will hear about READY OUT OF THE BOX Boxing (12x3:00), Muay Thai (5x3:00), Beginner, Tabata, plus coach presets — one tap and you're working. Shadow PRO (optional, one-time purchase) - Unlimited custom presets - Zero ads, forever - No subscription. Pay once, own it for life. Everything else — every sound, every color, the voice coach, voice control — is free. Built dark, loud and legible, for boxers, kickboxers, Muay Thai athletes, and anyone who trains in rounds.
CornerMan

CornerMan is your personal boxing corner coach — built for serious training, not entertainment. Set up your rounds, pick your combos, and let CornerMan run the session. It calls out punch combinations at your chosen pace, times your rounds and rest periods, and tracks your heart rate in real time. When you're done, every session is saved to Apple Health. VOICE COACH Your corner calls combos out loud so you can keep your eyes forward and your hands up. Adjust the callout interval to control the pace — more rest between calls for beginners, shorter gaps for advanced training. The coach ducks your music while it speaks and comes back up when it's done. 40 PUNCH TYPES Build combos from the full boxing vocabulary: jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts, body shots, specialty strikes (shovel hook, overhand, check hook), defensive moves (slip, duck, pull, shoulder roll, parry), and footwork cues (pivot, step, switch stance). Every move is spoken by name. COMBO LIBRARY Skip the setup with 72 hand-curated combos across 7 collections — Basics, Body Work, Setup & Defense, Advanced, Defense & Counter, Footwork Drills, and Elite. Build and save your own unlimited custom combos. Organize them into rounds exactly the way your training calls for it. CUSTOM WORKOUT PLANS Create plans with your own round duration, rest duration, and callout interval. Assign different combo pools to each round so your third round hits different than your first. The rest screen previews the combos coming up next so you can prepare. HEART RATE MONITORING Connect any Bluetooth heart rate monitor (chest strap, armband) for live BPM during your workout. Or wear your Apple Watch — CornerMan reads heart rate directly from the watch's optical sensor. Sensor-contact detection drops the reading the moment you take the monitor off, keeping your data clean. APPLE WATCH The watch shows a live progress ring, round countdown timer, current heart rate, heart rate zone bar, and round progress dots — all synced from your iPhone in real time. After your session, the summary shows your average and peak heart rate and confirms the workout was saved to Apple Health. WORKOUT HISTORY & STATISTICS Every completed session is logged with full detail: punch count per round, heart rate timeline, calories burned, combos called, time in each HR zone, and recovery during rest. The Statistics view shows weekly/monthly trends, your current streak, personal records, and your most-called combos. APPLE HEALTH INTEGRATION Workouts are saved as Boxing sessions in Apple Health, complete with heart rate samples and active energy. Calorie calculation uses your actual heart rate when available (Keytel formula), or a MET-based estimate as a fallback. PRO — ONE TIME, YOURS FOREVER Unlock unlimited combos, rounds, and workout plans. Get access to all 7 combo library collections (70+ curated combos), all 40 punch types in the combo editor, full session history, and complete statistics charts. One purchase, no subscription, no expiry. CornerMan requires no account and has no internet connection. Your training data stays on your device and in your Apple Health — nowhere else.
