Shadow is the boxing round timer built for one truth: once your wraps are on, your phone is off-limits. YOUR CORNERMAN, BUILT IN Turn on coach mode and a voice calls out real combos during your rounds — "one, two, slip, two", "jab, cross, switch kick". Boxing and Muay Thai, three difficulty levels (beginner, intermediate, pro), with callouts researched from real coaching practice. Combos are random every round, so no two sessions are ever the same. Pick any voice installed on your iPhone. HANDS-FREE VOICE CONTROL Say "pause", "go" or "skip" and the timer obeys. Speech recognition listens for the whole workout — no buttons to press, no gloves to take off. THE BELL NEVER STOPS Lock your screen, drop your phone in your bag, walk to the other side of the gym: rounds keep turning and the bell keeps ringing. No more silent timers. YOUR ROUNDS, YOUR RULES - Rounds, round length, rest and warm-up — fully adjustable - End-of-round warning (the classic 10-second wood clack) with custom timing and sound - Repeating inner-round alerts (e.g. every 30 seconds) to switch pace or technique - Rest-end countdown so you're up before the bell - 15 full-screen colors per phase, readable from across the gym - 29 sounds, all free: classic bell, gong, air horn, war horn… and a meme pack your gym will hear about READY OUT OF THE BOX Boxing (12x3:00), Muay Thai (5x3:00), Beginner, Tabata, plus coach presets — one tap and you're working. Shadow PRO (optional, one-time purchase) - Unlimited custom presets - Zero ads, forever - No subscription. Pay once, own it for life. Everything else — every sound, every color, the voice coach, voice control — is free. Built dark, loud and legible, for boxers, kickboxers, Muay Thai athletes, and anyone who trains in rounds.

About

Fight Clock. Boxing Timer

Features

Fight Clock is a precise round timer for boxing training. Set the number of rounds, preparation time, round duration, rest time, and an optional 10- or 30-second warning. Choose built-in sounds for round starts, transitions, and warnings, then start your workout in one tap. During a session, the large timer shows the current phase, round number, and remaining time. Pause, resume, or end a workout whenever you need. Your latest settings are saved on your device, so it is easy to return to your next session. Allow notifications to hear scheduled signals while the screen is locked or the app is in the background. Live Activity helps keep key workout information visible at a glance. Silent Mode, Focus, calls, and notification settings can affect whether background signals are heard. Fight Clock works without an account, ads, purchases, or an internet connection.
