About

Altum Trail Run

Altum Trail Run is the training app for trail running and mountain running. You add your race, the app builds your training plan and adjusts it week by week based on science, on your progress and on your goals. From your first 5K trail run to an ultramarathon: a training plan that adapts to you, not a generic PDF. HOW IT WORKS 1. Add your target trail or mountain race (date, distance, elevation gain, profile). 2. Take the 3 km fitness test. 3. Get a periodized week-by-week plan — running and strength — all the way to race day. 4. With every workout you complete (logged in the app or synced from your watch) and every effort rating (RPE), the engine adjusts the coming weeks. 5. Before the race, build your pacing and fueling strategy from the official GPX. ADAPTIVE TRAINING PLAN The plan is not static. Every workout you log and every effort rating adjusts volume and intensity for the coming weeks. Progressing well, the plan moves forward. Tough week, the engine backs off and prioritizes recovery — the way a trail running coach would. CONNECT YOUR WATCH Works with Garmin, COROS and Polar. Connect once in Settings and every workout you do lands in your plan on its own, even with the app closed — distance, time, elevation gain and heart rate. Altum marks the workout as done and, once you rate your effort, adjusts what comes next. For Garmin, workouts come from Garmin Connect through the iPhone Health app. STRENGTH FOR TRAIL RUNNERS Strength sessions built into your week — at home or at the gym, whatever fits your routine. The engine schedules them without clashing with your runs or pushing you into overtraining. Every exercise has a 3D animation showing proper form, with step-by-step cues and the most common mistakes. GPX PACING BY ELEVATION Upload the official race GPX. Get a segment-by-segment pacing strategy with the elevation profile — where to push, where to hold back, where to hike the climbs. RACE DAY FUELING STRATEGY A plan personalized by your estimated finish time and distance. How many gels, what sodium concentration, when to eat, when to drink. WHO IT'S FOR * Beginners getting ready for their first trail or mountain race * Ultrarunners training for 50K, 80K, 100K, 100 miles and beyond * Anyone who wants a running plan that adapts, without an expensive coach or a generic PDF 7-DAY FREE TRIAL Try everything free for 7 days — nothing to pay today, cancel anytime. About

VéloPeak

Features

VéloPeak builds your cycling training around the race you are aiming at, and keeps it honest week by week as your body responds. It is a training platform, not a chat window: workout protocols drawn from published sport science, curated by people who coach cyclists for a living, and fitted to your own numbers. HOW IT WORKS Set your event date and the hours you have each week. VéloPeak lays out the phases from base through taper and fills the weeks with sessions that have a reason behind them. Every session tells you what it is for, what to hold, and for how long. THE METHOD Sessions come from protocols you can look up: Seiler's polarised 80/20 distribution, Ronnestad 40-20s, Billat intervals, Coggan power zones, critical power and W prime. Nothing is invented to look clever. WHAT YOU SEE - Power zones set from your own test, redrawn as your FTP moves - Fitness, fatigue and form, so you know when you are ready to go hard - Sleep, steps and heart rate variability, read from Apple Health - Your week, with the target and duration of every session - Live targets while you ride, with your trainer and heart rate strap connected over Bluetooth WORKS WITH WHAT YOU ALREADY RIDE Rides arrive on their own from Wahoo, Polar, Strava and Intervals.icu. VéloPeak sits alongside the tools you already use rather than asking you to leave them. HEALTH DATA With your permission, VéloPeak reads sleep, steps and heart rate variability from Apple Health to judge how recovered you are. That data shapes your training and nothing else. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with third parties. LANGUAGES Full support in English and Portuguese, including the explanation behind every session.
