For most of us, deadlines are the only thing that make us focus. That's why we procrastinate on what matters to us and struggle to do the things no one tells us to do. No one forces you to go to the gym, read, or put down your phone, and that's why it's hard. Commit turns those intentions into goals with real deadlines and proof you actually did them. Here's how it works: 1. Set the goal and how often you want to do it. 2. Choose how you'll prove it. 3. An AI coach grades your evidence against your own criteria and the leniency you set: lenient, moderate, or strict. 4. Miss one, and you have 4 days to appeal the verdict. Ways to prove it: - A photo or video (optionally camera-only, so nothing can come from your library) - A barcode scan - A GPS check-in at a real place - Apple Health data - A time-lapse of the whole session - A live screen recording - App blocking via Screen Time settings APP BLOCKING: Block the apps that take your day. Set a daily limit per app, a number of free openings, or block them outright on the days you choose. Your coach can grant an exception when your own rules allow one. NEVER SLEEP IN AGAIN An alarm goal keeps ringing until you submit your evidence. You can lock the app so it can't be deleted mid-ring. YOU SET THE DIFFICULTY Fully customize how strict the AI grader is. You can lock the strictness so you don't weasel out in the future. FULLY PRIVATE Your data is kept private and never sold. By default your evidence is stored so you and your coach can look back on it. Turn on private mode and your photos, videos, and time-lapses are deleted the moment they're graded. We keep the verdict, not the footage. A free account gives you 2 active goals with every kind of proof, the full AI coach, friends, and app blocking. Commit Premium removes the goal limit and lets the coach schedule your reminders for you. Try it out with a 14 day free trial. Terms of Use: https://commitcontracts.com/terms-of-service.html

Stop saying you'll do it. Be FORCED to. Pick one thing you keep putting off. Pick the time it has to be done by. Pick what you lose if you don't. Then prove it with a photo before the clock runs out. HOW IT WORKS • Pick one thing: the gym, waking up on time, studying, reading, or your own. • Set the time it has to be done by. You get 30 minutes of grace. • Take a photo in the app when it's done. The Judge checks it. No proof, no credit. • Keep your word and get a receipt. Miss it and it costs you. WHAT YOU PUT ON THE LINE • Money: any whole dollar from $1 to $100, charged only if you miss. • A partner: someone you name hears about it when you miss, once they agree to it. • Your apps: Screen Time locks the apps you pick after a miss. • Or just your word. A miss still breaks your streak and costs you rank. YOUR RECORD • A streak of days you kept your word. • Ranks from Bronze to FORCED that only move on proof. • A monthly leaderboard. • A receipt for every commitment you kept and every one you missed. FORCED PRO Your first commitment is set up free. FORCED Pro is the subscription that runs the app after that. Plans and prices are shown before you buy. Cancel any time in your Apple Account. START WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT Tap Get started and set up your first commitment with no account. Save your progress with Apple, Google or email when you want to. MONEY IS OPTIONAL FORCED works without a card. Money is off unless you turn it on, and it needs a saved card and a signed agreement. A charge happens only after a clear miss, at midnight your time, and you can dispute any charge in the app. There are no prizes, random outcomes, or winnings. YOU STAY IN CONTROL Permissions are asked only when you use the feature. Breaks cover sick days and emergencies. Account deletion is in the app. Terms: https://useforced.com/terms Privacy: https://useforced.com/privacy
