PushPace
Read full descriptionHide full description
PushPace is a free interval timer for running, treadmill and HIIT training, with no locked features and no subscription. The competitors put the essentials behind a paywall. PushPace does not. BUILD ANY WORKOUT Create your own workouts with as many intervals as you want. Set work and rest, add rounds, a warmup and a cooldown, and see the total time before you start. Or start in one tap from a ready-made template: Tabata, HIIT 30/30, 4x4 or EMOM 10. VOICE CUES, EYES ON THE ROAD PushPace speaks each change out loud so you never have to look at your phone. It ducks your music while it talks and hands it straight back, so Spotify and podcasts keep playing. Never a jarring ad in the middle of a workout, and never a sound from an ad. SPEED AND INCLINE Set a target speed and incline for each interval, shown in large type on the timer and read aloud. Choose your unit freely: km/h, mph, min/km or min/mi. Change the unit any time without editing your workouts. DISTANCE AND SHOE MILEAGE PushPace adds up your distance from the speeds you set, in kilometres or miles. Run on a treadmill or by feel? Type the real distance from your machine or watch afterwards. Keep a list of your running shoes and let PushPace log the miles on each pair, so you know when it is time to replace them. QUICK TIMER Need a plain countdown right now? Start a 10, 20, 30 or 45 minute timer, or a custom one, straight from the home screen. The screen stays awake the whole time. MADE FOR THE TREADMILL AND THE TRACK Full-screen colours tell you at a glance whether you are working, resting, warming up or cooling down. A big countdown, a progress bar and a clear Next label keep you on pace. Pause, skip forward, or jump back to restart the current segment. Everything stays on your phone. No account, no login, no sign-up. REMOVE ADS PushPace is free and stays free. A small banner and a single ad after your workout keep it that way. Prefer it completely clean? One optional one-time purchase removes all ads forever.
