Vantage is a longevity coach, not another dashboard. It reads your Apple Health data and tells you what to do today for your training, nutrition and sleep. Two scores. No streaks. Start with a 7-day free trial. Most health apps show you fifteen metrics and leave you to figure out what to do. Vantage shows you two numbers — Recovery and Longevity — and the actions worth taking today. That's the whole idea. Radical simplicity, on purpose. WHAT VANTAGE DOES Reads your Apple Health data with your permission: sleep, activity, workouts, heart rate, HRV, body measurements and nutrition. Writes your weight and body measurements back. You choose what to share and can revoke it any time. Gives you two scores. Recovery tells you how ready you are to train today. Longevity is one number, 0 to 100, built from your VO₂ max, your body composition, and your consistency in training, nutrition and sleep over the last 30 days. Every input is broken out, so you can see where your score comes from. Gives you today's actions. The prioritized moves for your training, your nutrition and your sleep, chosen for today. Training: a program built for longevity. Zone 2, VO₂ max and strength sessions in your own heart-rate zones, built around your equipment and your schedule. Every exercise demonstrated on video. Nutrition: calories set by your body composition, protein set by your bodyweight, and a calorie balance that carries across days and grows with what you train. Log your meals and run a fasting timer: you pick the fasting protocol, Vantage keeps the clock and the history. Sleep: up to six sleep tactics built from your nights and your habits (schedule, bedroom, caffeine, alcohol, late meals), ranked by how much each should lift your sleep score. After 30 nights, see which of your behaviors actually move it. WHO IT'S FOR People who take their health seriously, want the evidence-based version, and are tired of dashboards that measure everything and tell you nothing. If you already think in terms of healthspan, not just lifespan, Vantage was built for you. WHAT VANTAGE WON'T DO No streaks to break. No badges. No gamification. No dark patterns. No shame when you miss a day. No ads. No selling your data. A coach, not a slot machine. SUBSCRIPTION Free: your daily Recovery score, sleep metrics, nutrition logging and fasting timer Premium: the Longevity score, today's actions, and your training, nutrition and sleep plans. Monthly or annual, each with a 7-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Interval walking is simple. Walk briskly for a few minutes, walk easy for a few minutes, repeat. The method comes out of research at Shinshu University in Japan, where it is widely known as interval walking training. Interval Walk keeps time so you do not have to. Pick a program, start the walk, and put your phone away. A coach tells you when to pick the pace up and when to ease off, so you never have to look at the screen. WHAT YOU GET Three programs. Gentle Start is a soft on-ramp for your first two weeks. Classic IWT is the research-backed 3 minutes brisk, 3 minutes easy, five times through. Power Hour is for people who have been at this a while. Four coach voices, each with their own personality. Maya is warm and upbeat. Coach Dan is blunt. Ruth is calm and steady, closer to a walking meditation. Kai keeps it light. Every voice is recorded natively in your language. Cues that reach you with the phone locked. Pace changes arrive as time-sensitive alerts, so they get through a Focus, and a locked iPhone taps them to a paired Apple Watch. Pace, steps, and distance measured from the phone's own motion sensor, with brisk and easy pace tracked separately so you can watch each one improve. A weekly goal counted in walks, not minutes, because finishing four walks is a clearer target than accumulating a number. Apple Health, if you want it. Completed walks save as workouts. The app only writes; it never reads your Health data. WHAT YOU DO NOT GET No account. No sign-in, no email, no password. No subscription. You buy it once. No ads, and no one paying to reach you. No data collection. The app makes no network requests at all. Your walk history is a file on your phone and it stays there. No internet required. Everything, including the coach audio, ships inside the app. LANGUAGES English, Japanese, Spanish, German, and French, with native coach recordings in each. The app follows your phone's language and you can override it in Settings. BEFORE YOU START Interval Walk is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. If you have a heart condition, joint problems, or have not exercised in a while, talk to your physician before starting interval training. Stop walking if you feel pain, dizziness, or shortness of breath.
