KeepCue: Visual Timeline & Routine Planner For those of us who need structure, routines, and flexibility in planning. Certain activities are best started with a cue, try beginning on cue instead of fixed clock time. Time block for overall structure, then act on cue to get things done. CUE-ANCHORED ROUTINES You figured out a few things about yourself: the ten minutes of journaling to start your day right, the two-minute shutdown ritual that helps you transition out of work mode, the night routine that gets you to bed on time and prepared for the next day. Let your cues guide you back on track. Instead of fixed times, anchor activities and routines to approximate time blocks plus something that already happens in your daily life, e.g., when you wake up, when you walk through the front door, when you close your laptop. These are all possibilities for anchors that provide structure without having to adhere to fixed clock times. Why do routines matter? Your routine is a solution to a problem you've already solved. Now if you could just get it done on automatic, that'd make life easier. The morning routine that starts your day right, the afterwork routine that transitions you to home mode or a different role, the evening routine that gets you prepared for the next day. The distance between planning and done is a cue: something that tells your brain the routine starts now, and gets you on your way to completing it. KeepCue provides 60+ cue ideas to get you started. VISUAL TIMELINE TO VIEW YOUR DAY See your work and personal life at a glance. Your schedule and free time in one view: find the time you didn't know you had, fix an overlap, or swap an activity just for this week. VIEW YOUR CALENDAR EVENTS View your existing calendar events on the timeline. KeepCue can show any calendar your Apple Calendar app can access, including iCloud, Google, Outlook, Holidays, Birthdays, and subscribed calendars. KeepCue only reads your calendar, and it stays on your device. READY-MADE ROUTINES KeepCue comes with real, helpful routines for morning, afterwork, evening, and weekends. Morning: Core, Full morning routine Afterwork: WFH Transition, Post-shift Recovery Night: Minimalist, Wind-down, Work & School Weekends: Sunday reset, Weekend Recovery Easily add ready-made routines to your planner. UNLIMITED ROUTINES & ACTIVITIES • Add unlimited activities and routines, anchored to time and real moments. Repeat daily, on chosen weekdays, or every few days or weeks. • Break anything overwhelming into a checklist of smaller steps and check them off one by one. • Choose how completed activities look: a color tint, dimmed, or a strikethrough line. HOME & LOCK SCREEN WIDGETS See where you are in your day right from the Home Screen, and check off an activity, or a routine's steps, without opening the app. • Small widget: the activity you're on, or the next one. Also works in StandBy mode. • Medium widget: short list of activities coming up today. • Checklist widgets: choose a routine and check off its steps right on the widget. You can add more than one checklist widget. • Lock Screen widget: see what's next on the Lock Screen. DARK MODE KeepCue goes by your iPhone's settings, whether Light or Dark mode. Customize by updating your iPhone's appearance settings. There is also a dark and a tinted app icon, for when you customize your Home Screen icons to Dark or Tinted. REMINDERS Get a reminder when an activity is about to start, or 5, 10, 15 or 30 minutes before. Reminders cover your KeepCue activities only, not your calendar events. There are no activity reminders until you turn notifications on. Tapping a reminder opens activity details. Completing an activity clears its reminder. KEEPCUE Built for iOS. About

CUEit

CUEit is a minimal, private routine timer for moments when timing matters but watching a timer gets in the way. Build your own reusable timed sequence for coffee, cooking, exercise, practice, skincare, or any routine with steps at specific moments. Run it, stay present with what you are doing, then use it again whenever you need it. Your slots stay stored locally on your device. BUILD YOUR OWN CUES Each slot is a timer you shape around a real routine. Add cues with a title and exact timestamp. A cue can be anything: pour, stir, rest, flip, stretch, check, or stop. Create the sequence once, then return to it whenever you need it. To add a cue, open a slot and tap the plus button. Tap a cue title or time to edit it. Press and hold a cue title to delete it. To rename a slot, tap its title on the main screen. Press and hold a slot to delete it. KEEP TIME WITHOUT WATCHING A large countdown always shows the time until your next cue. The top-right clock shows total elapsed time, like a quiet stopwatch. Your cue list stays visible throughout the session, with the current cue highlighted as the timer moves forward. When a cue arrives, its title fills the screen so it can be seen at a glance. A sound alert is available with CUEit Access. When enabled, a clear chime notifies you at each cue even when your attention is elsewhere. MADE FOR REPEATED MOMENTS CUEit is not a generic timer. It is a small library of timing structures for the things you do again and again. Use it for a pour-over coffee, a workout set, cooking pasta, a stretching sequence, an instrument practice session, or any personal ritual with a rhythm worth remembering. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No login. No ads. No social features. No cloud sync. No internet connection required. Your slots and cues stay only on your device. CUEit is for routines where timing should support the moment, not take you out of it. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
