Kairoscope is a visual day planner that turns your time into a colorful clock you can read in a second. See where your hours actually go, plan without staring at a list, and stay in tune with your energy. WHY A CLOCK, NOT A LIST A calendar hands you rows to decode. Kairoscope draws the same schedule as a ring of colored arcs, so one glance tells you what is happening now, what is next, and where you are genuinely free. PLAN VISUALLY • See everything as a 12- or 24-hour clock, so an overloaded morning is obvious before you live it • Color-code events into categories and watch where your time really goes • Drag on the ring to create and move events, faster than filling in a form • Repeats, preparation buffers and free-slot suggestions keep the plan honest CAPTURE IT BEFORE IT IS GONE • Add events by typing or by voice in seconds • Turn a stream of thoughts into scheduled tasks, so nothing stays stuck in your head • Photograph a timetable and Kairoscope reads it for you (Premium) • Park untimed tasks in a backlog until they are ready to land ARRIVE WITHOUT THE PANIC • Reminders before something starts or ends, so nothing sneaks up on you • Departure suggestions tell you when to leave to be on time • Quiet hours keep your evenings yours PROTECT YOUR ENERGY • Give events a cost in spoons and set a budget you can actually afford • Name how you feel in two taps: pick a corner of the square, refine only if you want to • Learn across weeks what lifts you and what drains you SEE THE BIG PICTURE • Time by category, by date, by week • Workload, trends and a heatmap show the patterns you cannot feel from inside • Sleep insights when the data is there SHARE WITHOUT THE BACK-AND-FORTH • Share plans with family and friends • View-only or full collaboration, your call • Find a slot that works for everyone in one step CONNECT • Import Google and Microsoft calendars (read-only) MAKE IT YOURS • Light, dark and colorful themes • 12/24-hour time, Ukrainian and English • Readability mode and a dyslexia-friendly font • Templates for the routines you repeat PRIVACY FIRST Your mood journal stays on your device. You choose what to share, and you can export or delete everything whenever you want. EVIDENCE, NOT CLAIMS An in-app Evidence section shows the research each feature rests on, with links — and says plainly where that evidence stops. KAIROSCOPE PREMIUM The essentials are free. Where does your week actually go? Buckets holds the parts of your life that matter, work, movement, sleep, family, and gives each one a weekly intention: how much time you actually want to pour in. Then it helps you protect that time before the week gets noisy. HOW IT WORKS Bucket. One area of your life, with a weekly intention. Work. Movement. Sleep. Family. Study. Faith. Whatever yours are. Block. You protect time for a Bucket by placing a Block on your calendar, in advance. A promise made to yourself while the week is still quiet. Session. When the Block arrives you start a focus session, and the timer runs. Work, move, rest, read. The session just holds the time. Pour. When you finish you confirm what actually happened, and only then does it pour into the Bucket. A Pour is never recorded without you. That last part is the whole point. Buckets does not watch you, guess at you, or fill itself in behind your back. Your week is only as full as you say it is, which is what makes the number worth looking at. YOUR WEEK, IN ONE PLACE Vessels for each Bucket that fill as the week goes on A plan timeline where you drag a Bucket onto the day to protect time Your existing calendar shown alongside, so open space stays honest Widgets for today's plan, one Bucket's ring, and how the week is filling A Live Activity and Dynamic Island for the running session Morning and evening moments, a daily reflection, and a weekly close Shortcuts for starting and finishing a session by voice ON YOUR DEVICE, AND NOWHERE ELSE No account. No sign up. No server. Every Bucket, Block, Session and Pour lives in the app's own database on your phone. Nothing is uploaded, nothing is sold, nothing leaves the device unless you choose to connect your calendar or Health. FREE, AND PRO Free holds one Bucket, with the full day, sessions, reflections, and every Pour you ever confirm. Buckets Pro holds as many Buckets as your life has parts, plus repeating Blocks, calendar mirroring, workouts that arrive ready to pour from Health, and export of every confirmed Pour as plain readable JSON. Built by one person, in Swift, for iPhone on iOS 18 and later. SUBSCRIPTION Buckets Pro is an auto-renewing subscription.
