Group trips should end with memories — not a messy spreadsheet and three days of “who paid for what?” You booked the Airbnb. Your friend covered dinner. Someone grabbed taxis. Someone else paid for museum tickets. By day three, the group chat is full of screenshots, half-remembered amounts, and awkward silence about money. Tripay is the private, offline expense splitter built specifically for group travel. No account. No internet required. No uploading your financial life to someone else’s cloud. Sound familiar? You’re on a weekend trip with friends and everyone pays for different things You’re traveling abroad with multiple currencies and manual exchange rates You’re organizing a family holiday and need fair splits — equal, by share, or by headcount You want to settle up cleanly at the end without awkward math You care about privacy and don’t want another app tracking your spending If that’s you, Tripay was built for your trip. What Tripay does Tripay helps you track shared trip expenses, calculate fair splits, and show exactly who should pay whom — in the fewest payments possible. Create a trip, add participants, log expenses as they happen, and watch balances update automatically. When the trip ends, export a clean report or share a backup file with your group. Everything works offline, on your phone, under your control. This is not a chatbot. This is not generic AI. Tripay is a focused tool that does one job extremely well: split group trip expenses quickly, fairly, and privately. Shared money, shared record. Shared money usually lands on one person. They keep the receipts, they write the summary, and they field every "what was that one?" BooKoo opens that book to the whole group. Team costs, small-group dues, trip spending, household bills — everyone logs their own, and everyone reads the same ledger. Each new ledger holds 2 members on Free and up to 5 with BooKoo Pro. ■ Read a receipt on your device Review the amount and date from a receipt photo before applying them to your draft. ■ Every entry keeps its conversation Ask about a charge right where it sits. The receipt photo and the answer stay next to the amount. ■ Nobody carries the book alone One invite link and members start logging for themselves. Owners and admins manage members and invitations; members add entries and comments; view-only members can read. ■ Calendar and statistics at a glance A calendar in the ledger’s own time zone with daily totals, category statistics, and a 12-month trend. ■ Made to fit your group Choose category names, colors, and icons, and use light or dark mode on phone and tablet. Export your data any time. The app itself is available in English, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Indonesian, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, and Portuguese. A ledger is visible only to the members you invite — it is not a public board. BooKoo is a manual record: it does not connect to banks, move money between people, split or settle balances, track unpaid dues per member, approve spending, convert currencies, or track users across apps. Entries are recorded in the ledger’s own currency. Free may show one limited non-personalized banner directly below the main tabs. The only payment is the optional subscription below, handled by the app store. BooKoo Pro (optional subscription) Free BooKoo keeps one ledger you own, 2 members in each new ledger, unlimited entries, full access to your own data, and a limited banner below the main tabs. BooKoo Pro removes ads, lets you create additional ledgers, and supports up to 5 members in each new ledger. • Available as a monthly or an annual subscription • The annual plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers • The ledger owner subscribes and the whole ledger is covered — invited members never pay • Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase • Renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends • Manage or cancel any time in your store account settings • Prices are shown in the app and vary by region Terms of Use: https://bookoo.hyo.dev/legal/terms?lang=en Privacy Policy: https://bookoo.hyo.dev/legal/privacy?lang=en
