Your data should be yours. The runs, rides, and swims you've logged over the years belong to you, not to whichever platform holds them. FitFerry moves them into Apple Health and back out again, whenever you like. Import GPX, TCX, and FIT files — one at a time or a whole export zip from other platforms, like Strava or Garmin — into Apple Health as genuine historical workouts: original dates, GPS routes, heart rate, and distance. Every file is previewed first and logged after. Workouts already imported are skipped and likely duplicates are flagged, so importing the same export twice is safe. IMPORT ▸ Bring GPX, TCX, and FIT files into Apple Health as genuine historical workouts with real past dates, GPS routes, and heart rate ▸ Drop in a whole platform export zip and bring your entire history over in one pass ▸ The File Inspector shows exactly what each file carries before anything is written ▸ Delete anything FitFerry imported — one workout, one batch, or everything EXPORT ▸ Take workouts out of Apple Health as GPX or TCX files ▸ Filter, multi-select, and export as many as you like ▸ Export is always free and unlimited No accounts. No analytics. No data on servers. No third-party access. Your files and health data are processed on your iPhone or iPad. FitFerry is not affiliated with Apple, Strava, or Garmin.

Logging food shouldn't take longer than eating it. Zero Cal gives you four quick ways to add a meal: • Describe what you ate in your own words • Take a photo and let AI estimate what's on the plate • Scan a barcode or nutrition label • Search more than four million foods See the whole day The calorie ring shows how much you have left. Protein, carbohydrate, and fat stay beside it, so you can check the numbers without digging through charts. Leave room for real life Your daily goal fills three quarters of the ring. The last quarter is a visible cushion for a bigger dinner or an unplanned snack. You can repeat recent meals, change portions, and follow your progress over 14 days. Ask Zero When you want more context, ask for a short AI read on food quality, processing, fullness, and possible blood sugar impact. Stay consistent A logging streak and calendar show which days you tracked. On weekends, a short report sums up the week: completed days, average calories and macros, and a couple of suggestions based on your logs. What you can do • Log by voice, text, photo, barcode, or label • Get calorie and macro estimates • Edit portions and ingredients • Set personal calorie and macro goals • Search foods, review history, and add past meals again • See your logging streak on a calendar • Get a weekend report on completed days, calories, and macros • Turn on logging reminders and weekly report notifications • Use the app in English, Spanish, or Russian • Choose a light or dark theme Zero Cal tracks nutrition. It does not give medical advice. Estimates can differ from the actual food, so check the label or another reliable source when accuracy matters. Zero Cal requires a subscription. Payment is charged to your App Store account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can change or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
