It suggests you alternatives to smoking when there is a certain situation. It can be a withdrawal symptom, or a habit. The app is optimized for the Apple Watch and you can also display all data as complications (from watchOS 7) on your watch face. So you always stay up to date. Logging food shouldn't take longer than eating it. Zero Cal gives you four quick ways to add a meal: • Describe what you ate in your own words • Take a photo and let AI estimate what's on the plate • Scan a barcode or nutrition label • Search more than four million foods See the whole day The calorie ring shows how much you have left. Protein, carbohydrate, and fat stay beside it, so you can check the numbers without digging through charts. Leave room for real life Your daily goal fills three quarters of the ring. The last quarter is a visible cushion for a bigger dinner or an unplanned snack. You can repeat recent meals, change portions, and follow your progress over 14 days. Ask Zero When you want more context, ask for a short AI read on food quality, processing, fullness, and possible blood sugar impact. Stay consistent A logging streak and calendar show which days you tracked. On weekends, a short report sums up the week: completed days, average calories and macros, and a couple of suggestions based on your logs. What you can do • Log by voice, text, photo, barcode, or label • Get calorie and macro estimates • Edit portions and ingredients • Set personal calorie and macro goals • Search foods, review history, and add past meals again • See your logging streak on a calendar • Get a weekend report on completed days, calories, and macros • Turn on logging reminders and weekly report notifications • Use the app in English, Spanish, or Russian • Choose a light or dark theme Zero Cal tracks nutrition. It does not give medical advice. Estimates can differ from the actual food, so check the label or another reliable source when accuracy matters. Zero Cal requires a subscription.
