Keep track of your fuel spending, organize receipts by vehicle, and prepare reports when you need them. No account required. SCAN IT. REVIEW IT. SAVE IT. Take a photo, choose an existing receipt image, or enter the details manually. PumpTrack looks for the gas station, transaction date, total amount, and fuel volume. Review the results, make any corrections, and save the receipt to your searchable history. Receipt text recognition runs on your iPhone using Apple’s Vision technology. Your receipt images aren’t uploaded to an external AI scanning service. UNDERSTAND YOUR FUEL SPENDING See spending, fill-ups, fuel volume, average fill-up cost, average fuel price, and spending activity for the selected period. View all time, this month, last month, or this year. With multiple vehicles, switch between individual vehicles and a combined view. KEEP EVERY RECEIPT ORGANIZED Search your transaction history and open any receipt to review or edit its details. Optionally save the original receipt image so you can refer to it later. Track one vehicle for free, or unlock Pro to organize multiple vehicles. Archive a vehicle when you no longer use it while keeping its receipt history. EXPORT THE RECORDS YOU NEED Export CSV spreadsheets for free to use in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets. With Pro, create polished PDF reports for your records or business expense reporting. Choose a vehicle and date range, including custom dates, and check the receipt count before exporting. Share or save your report directly from your iPhone. About

Deftest

Features

Deftest is a complete finance tracker for freelancers — jobs, invoices, payments and expenses in one fast, private app for iPhone, iPad and Mac. Your data never leaves your control. There is no account to create, no server anywhere, and nothing is collected — everything lives on your devices and syncs through your own iCloud. Even if you stop subscribing, your records stay visible, searchable and exportable. Your data is yours, always. TRACK THE WORK Record every job with client, volume, rate and currency. Statuses follow the real flow of freelance work: confirmed, delivered, billed, paid. Open work never hides — unpaid jobs and unsettled invoices always stay in view. INVOICE WITHOUT FRICTION Group delivered jobs into clean, professional PDF invoices with yearly-sequential numbering. Send them to clients directly from the app. Track due dates and see overdue invoices at a glance. KNOW YOUR NUMBERS See income by year, month, client and currency. Spot your biggest clients, follow your growth across years, and understand where the money actually comes from. Expenses sit alongside income, so profit is always in sight. WORK IN ANY CURRENCY Bill different clients in different currencies. Daily ECB reference rates give you an indicative overall picture — while every record keeps its true original currency. BRING YOUR HISTORY Import years of past work and expenses from CSV, with a preview before anything is committed and one-tap undo for the whole batch. Export everything, anytime, in open formats. BUILT BY A FREELANCER Deftest was built by a working translator to run his own business, and it shows: pagination never conceals open business, removed currencies stay on old records, and labels say exactly what they mean. A subscription (14-day free trial) or one-time lifetime purchase unlocks the app. If a subscription lapses, Deftest becomes read-only — your data stays yours.
