Learn guitar fretboard notes, scales, chords, pentatonic positions, and the CAGED system. Then practise the same view in time. NeckPilot is a fretboard learning, practice, and jam companion for beginner and intermediate guitarists. Choose material from the built-in catalog and map it to your current instrument and tuning. LEARN THE GUITAR FRETBOARD See notes across the full neck or focus on one position. The Trainer has nine games for finding notes, building intervals and scales, and completing familiar shapes. Answer on screen, reveal the result, or play the note on your own instrument in microphone-assisted Play Mode. CONNECT PENTATONIC, CAGED, AND 3NPS POSITIONS Explore Common/CAGED, three-notes-per-string, and pentatonic positions in any available key. Move through five connected positions, compare them with the full scale, and see which chord tones already sit under your fingers. FIND THE CHORDS IN A KEY Open a major or minor key to see its harmonized chords. Theory explains intervals, scale degrees, chord construction, and related chords. Applied Guides add practice advice, reviewed fingering where available, tablature, staff notation, and accessible event views. BUILD A FRETBOARD VIEW AND PRACTISE IT Explorer Layers combines scales, chords, arpeggios, and patterns on one neck. Save the workspace and load its musical Layers into the Metronome or Drum Machine. Each Layer becomes a timed step, so the fretboard changes with the beat while you play. Pro Tempo Trainer can raise the tempo from your chosen Start BPM to Target BPM. USE KEY FINDER WHILE YOU JAM Key Finder listens to a chord passage and estimates three likely major or minor candidates. Open one in Explorer, find a familiar pentatonic or scale position, and inspect the available chords. Results are labelled Strong, Possible, or Uncertain because more than one key can fit the same music. FREE INCLUDES β’ Full-neck notes, scales, modes, triads, and baseline arpeggios β’ Common/CAGED, 3NPS, pentatonic positions, and custom scale patterns β’ Search, reverse lookup, harmonization, built-in progressions, and Favorites β’ Nine Trainer games, Reveal Mode, and microphone-assisted Play Mode β’ Tuner, Key Finder, Metronome, and Drum Machine β’ Practice Notebook and Signal themes ONE OPTIONAL PRO UNLOCK ADDS β’ The expanded scale, 37-chord-quality, and 20-arpeggio catalog β’ Custom scale and chord formulas β’ Explorer Layers, note comparison, Mask, and timed Layer Practice β’ Applied Scale, Chord, and Arpeggio Guides β’ Interactive Learn views and Triads by string set β’ Custom progressions, Progression Map, Tempo Trainer, and visual practice β’ 72 searchable tunings across guitar, bass, ukulele, banjo, and extended-string instruments β’ Custom 4-to-8-string guitar tunings that remap the neck and generate five scale or arpeggio positions β’ Adjustable A4 concert pitch from 415.0 to 466.2 Hz, with 432, 440, and 442 Hz presets NeckPilot Pro is one purchase with no subscription. The app has no NeckPilot account, advertising, app analytics, or tracking. The main learning and practice tools work offline. Previously verified Pro access and a complete built-in instrument catalog remain available without a connection. Microphone audio is analysed live on your device. NeckPilot does not record, save, or upload it. The app contacts the App Store when it loads, purchases, restores, or verifies Pro. On supported systems, it may also check Apple's service for a reviewed declarative instrument-catalog update. Metronome and Drum Machine playback can continue with the screen locked. Pro can be restored on supported devices using the same Apple Account. Practice data, Favorites, custom content, and settings stay local and do not sync between devices. Family Sharing is not included.

Your playing. On repeat. Turn your own playing into a backing loop you can play along with. RiffAlly Loop brings a pedal-inspired recording workflow to your iPhoneβno foot pedal required. PLAY FIRST. KEEP THE BARS YOU WANT. Choose Record & Select, set or tap your tempo, and pick a time signature. Listen to one bar of count-in, then start playing. Finish your phrase and tap Stop & select during the following bar. Loop initially selects bar 1 through the last complete bar, leaving out the unfinished final bar. If the selection is right, tap Use & Play once to start looping. Want a different section? Adjust the start and end on the pedal's waveform, preview if you like, then Use & Play. Change selection lets you revisit the original take. Made a mistake? New loop leaves an unaccepted take in one tap. When editing an accepted loop, Back to loop keeps your previous selection. OR LET LOOP STOP FOR YOU. In Fixed bars, choose 1β64 bars before you start. Loop counts you in, records the chosen length, and starts playback automatically. Quick choices include 4, 8 and 12 bars for familiar practice lengths. MAKE THE PEDAL YOURS. β’ Set 40β240 BPM or tap your tempo. β’ Choose 4/4, 3/4, 2/4, 6/8, 9/8 or 12/8, separately from loop length. β’ Follow audible clicks and a prominent beat-and-bar counter. β’ Pick from ten recording-click sounds, with a distinct count-in cue. β’ Pause, then restart from the beginning of your loop. β’ Adjust loop volume and personalize the pedal finish and display. β’ Find practical instructions and troubleshooting in Help. RECORD ON IPHONE. PLAY ALONG. Count-in and recording use the built-in iPhone microphone and speaker. Recording clicks may become part of your loop. Completed loops can play through the iPhone or a selected compatible Bluetooth media speaker. Bluetooth is not used for live guidance or microphone input. Isolated headphone clicks, wired-headphone playback and AirPlay are not supported. Loop uses your chosen tempo and time signature to place bar boundaries; it does not analyze notes or correct your timing. Silence and sustained notes within the selected bars are preserved. Tap the main beats: quarter notes in /4 meters, dotted-quarter notes in compound /8 meters. Keep Loop in the foreground while practicing. Record & Select has no preset bar cap, but storage and interruptions limit recording. It retains the current finalized original and selection on your iPhone, including an undismissed draftβnot a multi-loop library. Fixed bars loops are session-only. Clearing or replacing a take removes its retained copy. There is no export, overdubbing or background recording. RiffAlly does not upload your recordings. No RiffAlly account is required. Optional one-time tips support development and unlock no features.
