LoGua KLK vs ErgForge

The AI coach that measures every sport by its own yardstick. LoGua KLK builds your training week from your real data — your fitness, your fatigue, your rest and your goal — and readjusts it when life gets in the way. No generic plans: the Coach looks at what you actually trained and tells you what's on for today, why, and what's coming tomorrow. CYCLING FIRST • AI-generated weekly plan built on your watts, your FTP and your real availability. • Smart readjustment: week went sideways? The plan reshuffles itself, keeping what you already did. • "Why this session today": the coach's reasoning, in plain words. • Structured workouts you can export to your bike computer. REAL ANALYSIS • Fitness, fatigue and freshness (CTL/ATL/TSB) with a "what if…?" projection toward your event. • Every ride told in full: power-zone heat map, W'bal, power curve against your records, zones in three views, configurable splits. • Segments with your whole story: today's time against your record, the terrain meter by meter, and who else rides it. • Highlights: the sprint, the attack and the heart-rate peak of every ride, detected automatically. YOUR PHONE IS DEVICE ENOUGH • Record your rides with GPS, auto-pause and Bluetooth sensors (power, heart rate, cadence). • Training cockpit with voice guidance, also for the gym: sets, rests and a 3D figure that lights up the muscles you're working. • No watch? Measure your resting heart rate with your phone. AND YOUR OTHER SPORTS DON'T POLLUTE THE ANALYSIS Running, walking, inline skating and strength each get their own yardstick — your runs don't distort your cycling fitness, and your gym session counts what it should. THE ARENA Compete fair and fun: 1v1 duels by watts/kg, open challenges, leagues with promotion and relegation, timed segments, and your crew's feed with KLKs and comments. No cheating: e-bikes play separately. YOUR DATA IS YOURS Sync with Intervals.icu and Apple Health. Export or delete everything whenever you want. Privacy zones so your routes never reveal your home, and fine control over who sees what.
