Your chronic ally. Chronically is a calm, private place to track life with a chronic illness, one day at a time. Living with chronic illness means managing a hundred small things on the days you have the least to give. Chronically keeps it gentle: quick check-ins, honest tracking, and clear reports, with zero judgment and zero clutter. DAILY CHECK-INS Log your mood, energy, anxiety, appetite, sleep and pain in under a minute, note the symptoms that matter to you, and add a line about your day if you want to. Choose to focus on your body, your mind, or both: a Mood & Mind symptom set sits alongside the physical ones, and the pain question is optional for anyone it doesn't fit. On a low day, "Same as last time" gets you done in two taps. Gentle streaks celebrate showing up and never guilt you for resting. FLARES When a hard stretch starts, mark it at the end of a check-in or from Trends, and tell Chronicle when it eases. Flares appear on your charts and in your doctor report, so the hard stretches are easy to see and easy to explain. INSIGHTS Chronically looks for patterns in what you've logged and tells you about them plainly: which symptoms tend to land on your lower-energy days, how a rough night shows up the next morning, what overspending your energy costs you tomorrow. Every insight shows how many days it's based on, weak patterns stay quiet, and nothing is ever presented as a cause. SPOON CENTER Plan your day around the energy you actually have, using spoon theory. Set today's spoons, plan your activities, see your week at a glance, and reflect at the end of the day on how it really went. MEDICATIONS Keep every medication in one place, from pills and injections to patches, topicals, gummies and drops, with schedules that match how they're actually taken. Log doses, see your adherence, keep a history of dose changes, track your supply with a heads-up before you run low, and note whether an as-needed dose helped. Optional reminders, including one to remove a patch. APPOINTMENTS & DOCTOR REPORTS Save your doctors, get an optional reminder of your questions the evening before a visit, and jot down how it went afterwards. Export a doctor-ready PDF for the dates and sections you choose, including a summary of everything since your last visit with that doctor. TRENDS Watch your patterns come into focus over a week, a month or a year, with flares, medication changes and appointments marked right on the chart. WEATHER Add your city and Chronically will quietly note the weather on each day you check in, including barometric pressure. Your city only, never your exact location, and entirely optional. GETTING STARTED A short welcome and a few gentle tips from Chronicle, the app's little companion, which appear the first time each feature does. Skip them anytime, or bring them back from Profile. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Free, with no ads, no paywalls, and no locked features • No third-party analytics or trackers • Your data stays on our own servers, never sold, never shared • Delete your account and all of your data anytime, right from the app Chronically is built and cared for by one person, and kept free so it's there for everyone who needs it. Chronically is a personal wellness journal, not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It isn't a monitoring service, and no one reads what you log. Always talk with your healthcare provider about decisions regarding your health. You're doing better than you think.

About

Steady

Features

Steady is a symptom and trigger diary for people living with one or more chronic conditions — the kind where symptoms move for no obvious reason, and the appointment is fifteen minutes long. Half a minute a day. Score how you felt, tick what happened. After a few weeks there is enough in the record to check whether anything you log lines up with how you feel — and when there is not enough, Steady says so plainly instead of inventing an answer. WHY THIS ONE IS DIFFERENT It is easy to build a tracker that announces your top trigger after a week. It is also easy for that answer to be water, because you drink it every day and there was nothing to compare against. Steady will not do that. Before it compares anything it needs at least ten days where a factor was present and ten days where it was not. It checks same day, next day and two days later separately, and corrects every comparison together, so that testing many things does not manufacture a result by luck. Until a pattern clears that bar, the Patterns screen shows you how close each one is and nothing more. WHAT YOU CAN RECORD • Any symptoms you choose, 0 to 10, named in your own words — pain, fatigue, brain fog, headache, nausea, dizziness • Factors — food, sleep, weather, stress, anything you want to test • Flares: a spike at noon that eased by evening, kept as its own event • Medications with reminders, including weekly, every-other-week and on/off cycle schedules • Period days, if you turn cycle tracking on • Sleep, resting heart rate, heart rate variability and steps from Apple Health, if you allow it (read only) • A note for whatever the numbers do not capture • Days you missed. You can fill them in later, and gaps stay gaps — nothing is smoothed over FOR THE APPOINTMENT The doctor's report is one page: how each symptom ran over the period, how closely you kept to your medication, and any association that held up — with the method stated, so a clinician can judge it rather than take it on trust. NO ACCOUNT, NO SERVER There is nothing to sign up for. Your record is on this iPhone and nowhere else — not on our servers, because there are none. Save a backup whenever you like; the file is yours to keep and yours to move. BOUGHT ONCE, NOT RENTED Everything you record is free and stays free: every score, the calendar, the charts at any range, reminders, backups and CSV export. Pro is a single one-time purchase — no subscription, and no trial to forget to cancel. It unlocks the full analysis and the doctor's report. The strongest pattern in your record is free as well. COMING FROM ANOTHER TRACKER Export a CSV and bring it with you. Steady shows you every symptom and factor it found in the file and asks what each one is before writing anything, and importing only adds — nothing already in Steady is overwritten. Two years of history is two years the analysis can start from. IN YOUR LANGUAGE English, Deutsch, Español, Français, Italiano, Português, 日本語, 한국어, 简体中文 and 繁體中文. Steady follows your iPhone's language, and you can pick another one just for Steady in iOS Settings. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE Steady describes what is in your own record. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and it does not tell you what to do about what it finds. A pattern is a question worth asking your clinician, not an answer. Never start, stop or change a medication because of something the app shows you.
