Your lab results, your Apple Health data and your own notes — finally in one picture, read together and explained in plain language. Everything stays on your device. WHAT IT DOES • Works with Apple Health. Sleep, heart rate, HRV and activity arrive on their own, read as one day rather than a wall of charts. • One card a day. Your day as a single score, with the sleep, recovery and stress behind it — and what moved them. • On your wrist. An Apple Watch app with your day as one number and what is behind it, and water and coffee in a tap. • Lab results you can read. Enter a blood test once and see it in context: the reference range, your own history, and what the number actually describes. • Records that add up. Lab tests, procedures, blood pressure, medications and visits — a history, not a pile of photographs. • Trends you don't have to decode. Weekly and monthly recaps say what changed and what stayed the same. • Reports for your doctor. A PDF around one specialty, one appointment or one marker's history — sent by you, to whoever you choose. • Your family, if you want it. Separate profiles for the people whose results you also keep. PRIVACY IS THE ARCHITECTURE, NOT A SETTING Ciomia has no server. There is no account to create, no analytics SDK, no crash reporter and no advertising framework — not switched off, simply not present in the app. Your health data is stored encrypted on your device. Your own devices keep each other up to date, with nothing passing through us and nothing for us to read. A report leaves your phone only at the moment you tap share, to the person you picked. WHAT IT WILL NEVER DO Ciomia does not tell you what you have. It shows a number, its reference range and its direction over time, in plain language — and where something is worth a professional's eyes, it says so and helps you put it in front of one. CIOMIA+ The free app keeps your records, your daily card and every reading you enter, for as long as you use it. Ciomia+ adds what each result means for you personally, the full calendar and chart history, weekly and monthly recaps, detailed PDF reports, unlimited doctors, and profiles for your family. New subscribers get their first 3 days free; eligibility is confirmed by the App Store at purchase. Ciomia+ is an auto-renewing subscription billed to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. Manage or cancel in Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Ciomia is a general wellness app. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and is not a medical device. It does not replace professional medical advice — always discuss your results with a qualified healthcare provider. About

Ember

Features

Ember is a perimenopause symptom tracker built for this transition, not adapted from a period tracker. A minute a day, and a report your doctor can actually use. A DAILY CHECK-IN, BUILT FOR PERIMENOPAUSE Tap the symptoms that showed up today, from hot flashes and night sweats to brain fog, low mood and joint aches, and rate how strong they were. Add sleep, habits, bleeding and HRT. It takes about a minute. There are no fertility prompts and no cycle predictions, and a missed day breaks nothing. A REPORT FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT Ember turns what you log into a clear summary for your doctor or specialist: which symptoms came up most, how intense they were, and your monthly check-in score. Share it as a PDF, print it, or show it on your phone. SEE HOW THINGS CHANGE Trends shows each symptom over the past week, month or three months. Once a month, a short check-in asks how much each symptom has bothered you, and your score shows which way things are moving. HRT REMINDERS ON YOUR SCHEDULE If you take HRT, set a quiet reminder on the days and at the time that suit you. WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH If you choose, Ember fills in last night's sleep and the day's workouts from Apple Health. It reads them on your phone and never writes to Health. WHAT YOU LOG STAYS ON YOUR PHONE There is no account to create and no Ember server holding your logs. They leave your phone only when you share a report or a backup yourself. Ember sends anonymous usage counts and crash reports, which never include anything you log. ORGANIZED, NEVER DIAGNOSED Ember doesn't diagnose, explain causes or give medical advice. It organizes what you log, so you and your doctor can decide what it means. SUBSCRIPTION Ember is $6.99 a month, or $49.99 a year with a 7-day free trial. Payment is taken through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings.
