Get an honest adult-height range in seconds — the kind that never changes after you pay. HeightPal predicts your child's or teen's adult height from both parents' heights and the current growth percentile (Khamis-Roche), then turns growth tracking into a warm weekly ritual for the whole family. Every other height app made you pay just to see your number. Not here. AN HONEST PREDICTION, SHOWN FREE HeightPal shows the full predicted range up front. We explain how we calculated it — parents' heights, current growth percentile, blended into a projected adult height on WHO and CDC growth curves. The number never changes after payment. No bait, no upsell tricks. A GROWTH CHART THE WHOLE FAMILY CAN SHARE Add every child on your family shelf, then switch between them with one tap. Each child gets a Measured and Projected growth chart on percentile lines, plus a keepsake growth journal — a photo, a height, and a note for every milestone. Watch a year of growth in one scroll. THREE LIGHT DAILY HABITS, NO STREAKS The Today tab prescribes three gentle habits that support growth: an eight-hour sleep window, a nutrition check-in, and three posture stretches (Sky Reach, Side Lengthener, Posture Lift). About two minutes total. Do them any time. No streaks, no pressure. A WEEKLY MEASUREMENT RITUAL A quiet Sunday nudge — one gentle reminder to re-measure. That's it. No notification spam. Log a new height and the chart updates, the prediction re-projects, and your journal grows another entry. HONEST, TRANSPARENT BILLING Renewal date visible on the paywall. One tap to your store settings to cancel. Restore purchases in one place. No auto-renew traps, no dark patterns. Your free prediction and growth chart stay yours. FOR PARENTS TRACKING KIDS AND TEENS TRACKING THEMSELVES HeightPal works for the whole family — a toddler's first measurement, a teen preparing for a growth spurt, or a parent building a growth keepsake to look back on. Sex-specific WHO growth curves for boys and girls. HEIGHTPAL PREMIUM Unlocks full unlimited history, unlimited family profiles, unlimited journal milestones with photos, a deeper stretch library (Morning Posture Flow, Evening Wind-Down, Growth Mobility), and monthly re-prediction updates. Weekly, annual, and lifetime plans. 3-day trial with no auto-charge unless you confirm. HeightPal does not provide medical advice. All suggestions are based on common growth-promoting practices. Please consult a healthcare professional for personalized guidance. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. About

Centile

Will they be tall like their dad? Most parents guess from pencil lines on a door frame, and the door frame stays behind when you move. Centile works out your child’s most likely adult height and the range around it. It uses both parents’ heights, and from age 4 your child’s own height and weight too. Every number comes from published research, named in the app. WHAT YOU GET • Their likely adult height and range • A growth chart from birth to 20, with every height check kept for good • A monthly height check you do together • How they compare with other children their age • Exercise, food and sleep guidance for teens • One subscription for the whole family At 13, your child can move their record to their own phone and carry on. Food, sleep and exercise help children grow normally. None of them adds height or changes the range. It’s a guide, not medical advice, and it can’t spot a growth problem. If you’re worried about your child’s growth, talk to their doctor. Centile works on one phone. Everything stays on that phone. There’s no account, and nothing syncs to another device. No ads, no tracking. Apple backups may include app data. Centile is a subscription. It renews until cancelled and is managed in your Apple account. Age comparison uses the CDC 2000 US growth reference. CDC does not endorse Centile.
