Every turn forces a choice: invest in your economy, strengthen regional cities, expand military production, negotiate with rivals, or prepare for war. COMMAND ON A GLOBAL SCALE Move troops across land, deploy fleets at sea, and launch fighters and bombers from operational airbases. Position matters: borders, access routes, city defenses, unit range, and production capacity can decide a campaign. MAKE DIPLOMACY MATTER Build alliances, send aid, offer peace, or declare war.
