Repsheet

Repsheet is a fast, honest workout tracker — no paywall, no ads, no "unlock charts for $4.99." The whole app is the free tier. LOG IN TWO TAPS Previous weight and reps pre-fill from your last session. Tick the set and the rest timer starts itself. No menu-digging mid-rest. SEE WHAT YOU ACTUALLY TRAINED A body heatmap on a real human silhouette — five shades of your last 30 days of volume. See at a glance which muscles got work and which got nothing. PLAN YOUR TRAINING Save any session as a template, or plan a multi-week program once. Prefill always knows what last time was, so progression is a decision, not archaeology. HONEST STATS Personal records, an 8-week volume chart, a year of training activity, streaks — the numbers that actually move your training. 1,300+ EXERCISES A built-in catalog with instructions, searchable in seconds. Add your own too. YOUR DATA, YOURS Local-first: your workouts live on the device and sync when you're online. One-tap JSON export of every set you've ever logged. Nothing held hostage. CYCLE-AWARE (OPT-IN) For female athletes — log cycle periods and see phase context alongside your training. Off by default, private, never sold. AI COACH (OPT-IN) Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or VS Code in Settings. The coach reads your real history — workouts, stats, programs — and answers grounded in your numbers. Needs a Repsheet account. In English, Russian, Spanish, German, French and Portuguese. Free, always. One person built it, runs it, and pays the server bill.
