The log book that runs your workout. APX Tempo isn't another timer, and it isn't another spreadsheet with a gym logo. It's a training diary with a voice — it counts you in, calls your work and rest, and writes the session down so you never have to remember what you did last time. Terms of Use: https://apx-legal.vercel.app/terms Privacy Policy: https://apx-legal.vercel.app/privacy QUICK TIMER, FREE Open the app, set a work interval and a rest interval, go. No account. No signup. No setup screen between you and your first set. The free tier is a real timer, not a demo. YOUR LOG, KEPT AUTOMATICALLY Finish a workout and it's recorded — nothing to type after the fact. What you ran, how long, and when: streaks, a color-coded week strip, and all-time training totals. Your history is a training record, not a feed. AUDIO THAT COACHES THE SESSION "Get ready — 3, 2, 1, GO." Spoken cues and chimes on every transition, built for a loud room — so you keep your eyes on the bar instead of your phone. Cues keep firing with the screen locked, your phone in your pocket, and your own music playing, never pausing or ducking your playlist. Full audio, chimes only, voice only, or silent. BUILT FOR HOW LIFTERS ACTUALLY TRAIN Multi-exercise circuits with distinct work, rest, and round-reset phases. Single-limb and staggered set support. Set it once, save it, run it every week without touching anything. FULL DETAIL, ON YOUR CALENDAR Optional calendar sync writes every completed session to your calendar with the whole story: work, rest, and round-reset structure, sets per exercise, your exercise list, and real elapsed time. Tap last Tuesday and see exactly what you did. BUILT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT IT'S USED IN Dark interface that doesn't blind you in a dim gym. Controls big enough to hit with chalked hands. No ads, no notifications guilting you into a workout. It does one job and gets out of the way. APX TEMPO PRO Pro unlocks unlimited saved custom timers, multi-exercise circuits and phase sequencing, the full audio cue engine, session history, and calendar sync. $4.99/month or $29.99/year with a one-week free trial, or $59.99 one-time lifetime. Quick Timer stays free forever, with or without Pro. PRIVACY No account required. No advertising. Your training data stays on your device. APX Tempo is the log book layer of the APX training system — the first of a connected set of tools built for people who train seriously and want their data to be useful instead of decorative. APX Tempo Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings. Lifetime is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Questions or feedback: Jesse@apex-precision-training.com
Plateline
Read full descriptionHide full description
Plateline is a strength training tracker built around one idea: logging a set should take one tap. Finish a set, tap once, and the weight and reps you did last time are already there. The rest timer starts itself. Your next target is on the row in front of you, so you never have to remember what beating last week means. LOG ANYTHING YOU ACTUALLY DO A catalog of 136 movements ships with the app, and each one collects only the fields it needs. A barbell lift takes weight and reps. A plank takes a duration. A rowing machine takes distance and time. Assisted work takes a negative load. Add your own movements when the catalog misses one. FROM THE LOCK SCREEN A live session puts the current set on your Lock Screen. Complete it there, without unlocking the phone and without breaking your rhythm between sets. ROUTINES, NOT PAPERWORK Build a routine once and start from it. Edit the day as it actually went, afterwards, in History. Nothing is frozen once it is written. PROGRESS YOU CAN READ Volume, working sets and estimated one rep max per movement, drawn from the sets you logged. The estimate stops above twelve reps rather than print a number that would bend the trend line, because the Epley formula is fitted to low rep work. BUILT FOR THE GYM Dark by default, so it does not blind you at 6am. Portrait only, one handed, with a keypad sized for the phone you are holding. Haptics confirm a tap you cannot look at. Undo is always one tap away. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR IPHONE There is no account, no server of ours, no analytics and no advertising. We cannot see what you lift, because none of it ever leaves your device. FREE AND PRO The free plan covers two completed workouts a calendar week and two saved routines, with the full catalog, history and progress. Delete a workout or a routine and its slot is free again. Everything you have already logged stays readable and editable whether or not you subscribe. Plateline Pro removes both limits: 3.99 USD a month, or 29.99 USD a year. A one time Lifetime unlock is offered as well, at the price shown on the paywall. Prices vary by storefront. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. Manage or cancel a subscription in the App Store settings of your Apple Account.
