Repko is the hands-free tempo timer for strength lifters. Say GO โ€” it counts every rep out loud in full 4-phase tempo (eccentric, pause, concentric, pause), while your hands never leave the bar. Three things, done right together: full 4-phase per-rep timing, real voice control (say GO, STOP, REPEAT โ€” actual commands, not just cues), and 100% on-device speech that works offline. New in 1.1: voice control no longer interrupts your music, a STOP command that keeps your rep count honest, iCloud backup, and an Apple Watch app that taps every tempo phase on your wrist. WHAT MAKES REPKO DIFFERENT โ€ข Full 4-phase tempo โ€” not 2 or 3. Eccentric, bottom pause, concentric, top pause, exactly as written: 3-1-2-0, or X for explosive. โ€ข Real hands-free control. Say GO to start, STOP to pause, REPEAT to redo a rep. Gloves, chalk, sweat โ€” it doesn't matter. โ€ข 100% on-device speech. Your voice never leaves your phone. Works with zero signal in a basement gym. โ€ข Speaks over your music without muting it. Beeps, cues, and countdowns mix in โ€” your playlist keeps playing at full volume. โ€ข Time under tension, tracked automatically. Every second of every phase, logged for you. FREE โ€” THE COMPLETE TIMER โ€ข Full 4-phase tempo timer with per-phase beeps and 3-2-1 countdowns โ€ข Voice GO/STOP before the first rep of each set โ€ข Apple Watch: wrist taps for every tempo phase โ€ข iPad full-screen layout โ€ข Automatic iCloud backup and restore โ€ข Your 10 most recent sessions, plus a 74-achievement skill tree PRO โ€” IF YOU WANT MORE โ€ข Voice control on every rep, plus REPEAT โ€ข Spoken rep countdowns and rest call-outs โ€ข Custom trigger words โ€” make it answer to anything โ€ข Charts, TUT trends, and lifetime analytics โ€ข Unlimited history and CSV export โ€ข Unlimited presets and 8 color themes LOYALTY, REWARDED Keep training with Repko and you may wake up to a gift: the developer gives loyal, returning users a free lifetime PRO upgrade. No strings attached. Built by a lifter for his own training. No ads. No account. Your data stays on your device. --- Repko PRO is an auto-renewing subscription: $3.99/month or $24.99/year. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period. About

Plateline

Features

Plateline is a strength training tracker built around one idea: logging a set should take one tap. Finish a set, tap once, and the weight and reps you did last time are already there. The rest timer starts itself. Your next target is on the row in front of you, so you never have to remember what beating last week means. LOG ANYTHING YOU ACTUALLY DO A catalog of 136 movements ships with the app, and each one collects only the fields it needs. A barbell lift takes weight and reps. A plank takes a duration. A rowing machine takes distance and time. Assisted work takes a negative load. Add your own movements when the catalog misses one. FROM THE LOCK SCREEN A live session puts the current set on your Lock Screen. Complete it there, without unlocking the phone and without breaking your rhythm between sets. ROUTINES, NOT PAPERWORK Build a routine once and start from it. Edit the day as it actually went, afterwards, in History. Nothing is frozen once it is written. PROGRESS YOU CAN READ Volume, working sets and estimated one rep max per movement, drawn from the sets you logged. The estimate stops above twelve reps rather than print a number that would bend the trend line, because the Epley formula is fitted to low rep work. BUILT FOR THE GYM Dark by default, so it does not blind you at 6am. Portrait only, one handed, with a keypad sized for the phone you are holding. Haptics confirm a tap you cannot look at. Undo is always one tap away. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR IPHONE There is no account, no server of ours, no analytics and no advertising. We cannot see what you lift, because none of it ever leaves your device. FREE AND PRO The free plan covers two completed workouts a calendar week and two saved routines, with the full catalog, history and progress. Delete a workout or a routine and its slot is free again. Everything you have already logged stays readable and editable whether or not you subscribe. Plateline Pro removes both limits: 3.99 USD a month, or 29.99 USD a year. A one time Lifetime unlock is offered as well, at the price shown on the paywall. Prices vary by storefront. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. Manage or cancel a subscription in the App Store settings of your Apple Account.
