About

My Workout Folio

Features

My Workout Folio is for logging a set the moment you finish it, while you are still standing at the machine. • Add an exercise with weight, reps, sets and distance, and today's session builds itself • Frequently used exercises remember your last numbers, so the next session starts faster • Import cardio from Apple Health — duration, distance, active energy and heart rate in one view • Review history, calendar and training rhythm for any single exercise • Photograph the machine and its settings, and match them next time • The Coach tab tracks training volume, push/pull balance, cardio and recovery (HRV), and works out your heart rate zones • This Week's Plan: strength and cardio built around your days and time, with sets, reps and weights calculated from your records • Coaching advice and Ask the Coach (iOS 27 or later): generated by Apple Intelligence, or switch to your own ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini account • Snap a photo or short clip after training, overlay the day's summary, and share to Instagram and Facebook Stories or other apps One payment, kept forever. No subscription, no auto-renewal. Your data stays on your device and in your own iCloud Drive. There is no server of ours behind it, no ads and no tracking, and you can export a backup whenever you want. Coach features are generated by Apple Intelligence's cloud model (or the AI service you choose); only your question and summarized training details are sent — never photos, raw Health samples or your date of birth.
