About

My Workout Folio is for logging a set the moment you finish it, while you are still standing at the machine. • Add an exercise with weight, reps, sets and distance, and today's session builds itself • Frequently used exercises remember your last numbers, so the next session starts faster • Import cardio from Apple Health — duration, distance, active energy and heart rate in one view • Review history, calendar and training rhythm for any single exercise • Photograph the machine and its settings, and match them next time • The Coach tab tracks training volume, push/pull balance, cardio and recovery (HRV) • Coaching advice generated by Apple Intelligence, on supported devices with iOS 27 or later One payment, kept forever. No subscription, no auto-renewal. Your data stays on your device and in your own iCloud Drive. There is no server of ours behind it, no ads and no tracking, and you can export a backup whenever you want. Coaching advice is generated by Apple Intelligence's cloud model, which receives only the calculated training findings — never your raw records.

• Share cards: snap a photo or short clip after training, overlay the day's summary, and send it to Instagram or Facebook Stories in one tap, or share to Threads and other apps. Strength sessions show your muscle-group split and any personal records; a run and a lifting session on the same day go on one card. • Ask the Coach (iOS 27 or later): ask about training, cardio, recovery and sports nutrition and get answers based on your records. For runs, see per-kilometre pace, heart rate and heart rate drift. • This Week's Plan: tell the coach how many days you can train and for how long, and get a week of strength and cardio. Sets, reps and weights come from your records, and one tap loads a day into Today. • Heart rate zones: your five zones, calculated from resting heart rate and age. • Use your own ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini account in Settings — coach features now work on devices without Apple Intelligence too. • Progression advice now uses rep ranges suited to each exercise, and Settings is in the top-left corner of every tab.
