About
RepReady is a strength training planner that decides what you should train today — based on how often you go, what equipment your gym has, and how the last few sessions actually felt.
It's for people who'd rather follow a clean, science-backed plan than spend mental energy second-guessing their split, their volume, or whether bench-bench-bench is enough.
WHY REPREADY
— Plans built around your real gym. Tell us what's there — barbell, racks, that one cable machine — and every workout we suggest only uses what you actually have. No "find a substitute" puzzle on the gym floor.
— No more comfort-zone training. The engine keeps you covering all five movement patterns — push, pull, squat, hinge, and core — so chest day doesn't quietly drown out your legs.
— Pick a methodology, the engine handles the rest. Full-body, Upper/Lower, Push/Pull/Legs, Body-Part Split — the major splits are built in. Beginners get a recommendation; advanced lifters pick what fits.
— RPE-aware adjustments. Last set felt too heavy? The next session backs off automatically. Felt too easy? Weight goes up. Your body's actual state is part of the math.
— Records that tell a story. Estimated 1RM curves, weekly tonnage, movement-pattern coverage — every session feeds the picture, no manual tracking required.
— Two-a-day friendly. Train AM and PM? The engine notices what you already did and rotates the next session away from it.
