About

RPE Calculator

Features

Hit the right weight on every set — including the ones nobody else calculates. RPE Calculator is the free tool for powerlifters, strength athletes and anyone training with RPE-based programming. Enter one set and get your estimated 1RM and the exact weight for the next one. Then go further than any other calculator: paused, tempo, deficit and board work, priced properly. THE VARIATION CALCULATOR (Pro) Every other RPE calculator assumes you are doing the competition lift. Real training is not like that. • Pick the variation: front, high bar, pin or box squat, close grip, Larsen, Spoto press, 1-, 2- or 3-board press (4, 8 and 12 cm), deficit deadlift, rack pull, snatch grip • Add pauses anywhere in the range of motion — chest, 1 cm off, a few cm off, mid, in the hole, below the knee — and up to three in the same rep • A pause suspended off the chest is priced harder than one resting on it, because it is: no contact, worst leverage • Save the combinations your coach keeps prescribing, under a name • Set the descent and the ascent, second by second — 3 seconds down and 3 seconds up is one row each • The bar path only offers the stops you can actually make: with a board under the bar, the chest is not one of them • Get one weight for your target reps and RPE — not a percentage you still have to work out • Calibrate it: tell the app what you actually lifted on a variation and it learns your own coefficient, then remembers it for every future session The model multiplies the leverage, the pauses and the tempo instead of adding them, and the pause curve is concave — the first second costs the most, the following ones progressively less, exactly like it feels under the bar. A slow ascent is charged more per second than a slow descent: refusing to accelerate out of the sticking point is harder than lowering under control. FREE • RPE calculator — weight, reps and RPE in, estimated 1RM and next-set weight out • The variation builder — pick the lift, the variation and every pause, and see the setup you are about to do • Plate loader — the exact plates for each side, with a visual barbell in competition colours • Warm-up preview — your first ramp-up sets, calculated on your own numbers RPE PRO — annual subscription, cancel any time • The weight for that setup, and your own coefficient learned from a set you actually did • Full warm-up generator — every ramp-up set from the empty bar to your work weight, with the plates for each • Meet attempt planner — 1st, 2nd and 3rd attempts for squat, bench and deadlift, with your projected total • The model keeps improving on real data from real lifters, and your app improves with it • If you already bought the one-time unlock, it stays yours forever — you will never be asked to subscribe BUILT FOR THE GYM • Big buttons and tap targets you can hit between sets • Fully offline — no account, no ads, no data collection, nothing leaves your phone • kg and lb, with customizable rounding, bar weight, collars and available plates • Light and dark themes • English, Italian and Portuguese Whether you run RTS-style autoregulation, a percentage-based program, or you are prepping for your first meet, RPE Calculator keeps every number one tap away.
