About

TileMath

Plan a tile purchase with TileMath. Enter measured areas and cutouts, tile size, grout gap and a waste allowance. The tile count is an estimate, not a cutting plan. Use the fraction-inch keypad or metric measurements. Add up to 20 area and cutout rows. Enter packaging by tile count or coverage, use prices per box, per m² or per sq ft, and choose extra spare boxes separately from installation waste. Review purchase quantities, coverage, estimated cost, grout and tile adhesive in the purchase list. The pattern preview is illustrative. Check the package coverage, product instructions and the retailer’s return policy before buying. Material amounts are estimates; actual use depends on the product and installation. Calculations work offline. History is stored on your device. Copy a result as text or share an image. No account is required. The app includes ads and offers a one-time purchase to remove them. Ads, consent services, analytics, crash reporting and purchases can use the network. Available in 14 interface languages. Currency markers label amounts; they do not convert currencies.

About

ScalarCut Precision Tile Floor

Features

ScalarCut is a 2D/3D CAD layout and material estimation platform for manufacturers, suppliers, commercial storefronts, and professional estimation teams. It replaces “area plus 10%” guesses with piece-level bills of materials, structural cut lists, and field blueprints for ceramic, porcelain slabs, LVT, and wood flooring. ENTERPRISE & STOREFRONT: • Embed Tile Layout Studio on your product page via a sandboxed iframe — your brand, color, locale, and catalog SKU. Customer design the room on your product page and get true piece counts plus downloadable installation maps — not area markup. • Commercial account, no per-seat licensing — one account for architectural desks, showrooms, and remote estimation teams. https://scalarcut.com/en/enterprise/embed • Factory MBOM: export machine-readable manufacturing BOM JSON schema that ERP/MES systems (SAP, Oracle, 1C, and others) can map and ingest for cutting and packing workflows. https://scalarcut.com/en/enterprise/factory-bom CUT RECYCLING ENGINE (CRE): When a trimmed piece fits elsewhere in the layout, CRE reuses it. The bill of materials shows whole tiles, active cuts, parent/recycled rows, and leftover recipes down to the millimetre — exact piece counts and packing, not a square-metre guess. Fragmentation maps show how each source tile is cut and where offcuts land. THREE-LAYER SLIVER GUARD: ScalarCut handles structural perimeters systematically without falsifying material counts. The engine operates on a default minimum edge profile of 50mm (adjustable 20–100 mm): 1) Silent Protect: When an alternative anchor point clears edge strips above your minimum safety profile, the engine shifts layout origins silently in the background. You get a short “Slivers eliminated” notice and the start point updates. 2) Suggest: If a narrow strip remains, one-tap offers: apply a suggested start, center for symmetry, or try other corners. Grout is never changed by Sliver Guard. 3) Detect & Warn: If complex patterns (such as herringbone around openings) cannot geometrically clear narrow slices, the engine will not forge a clean list. Slices remain on the digital canvas and are explicitly flagged on your layout and BOM as FRAGILE so you can plan for it. PROFESSIONAL FIELD PACK: • 2D/3D room models with a simple point-and-move experience on web and mobile. • Real-time recalculation around doors, windows, and hatches. • 17 bond patterns (stacked, brick, herringbone, chevron, free-length rows) with continuous layout tracking. • Consumables from joints and thickness: adhesive, grout, and primer volumes. • Vector project blueprints and millimetre cut maps (PDF) for crews. • Sync between web and mobile; metric and imperial; 8 languages. • Renovation expense ledger for project costs on the go.
