All values are compared only with your own previous values. Your daily picture Today's steps, sleep, resting heart rate and heart rate variability, placed within your usual range of the last four weeks. mypacing describes what it sees, for example “Your resting heart rate is above your usual range today”. The interpretation is up to you. Check-in in 20 seconds Feeling, how you slept, mental load and rest time, plus your own tags such as “travel” or “visitors”. Log activities with duration and your own rating: how demanding, how well you recovered. Day plan with energy points You assign the points and set your daily budget, mypacing adds them up. Breaks are part of the plan. Save days that repeat as a template, and add any plan to your calendar as an event. Trends and your entries View weeks, months and a whole year. Under Entries, search your own notes and choose a tag yourself to display matching days. More daily values and comparisons Trends also displays distance, active energy, floors climbed, daily heart-rate minimum and maximum, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation, individual sleep stages and your body weight, where your devices provide them in Apple Health and you grant access. You can also enter your body weight yourself. Charts and tables show units, coverage and sources. Compare averages between two periods of your choice. Missing days are not filled in. Rest moment and break rhythm A breathing pace to follow for one to ten minutes and a break rhythm with optional notifications at each switch. Save rest moments as mindful minutes in Apple Health.
