Swayni

Swayni is a workout timer that talks you through every move, so you can put the phone down and just train. Pick body areas and a length for an instant workout, or build your own from your exercises, photos and notes. Body-area analysis shows how each area and exercise is growing. VOICE COACHING, HANDS-FREE Swayni announces every exercise, set, round and rest out loud, with an up-next preview before the rest ends. Lock the screen or switch apps and the cues keep playing. Voice guidance works offline. APPLE WATCH COMPANION Start a workout on iPhone and Swayni opens on your Apple Watch. Raise your wrist to see the current move, countdown, heart rate and energy, and pause, resume or skip from your wrist, even with your iPhone locked. Workouts are saved to Health and count toward your Activity rings, with average and max heart rate and energy burned when you finish. SEE EACH BODY AREA GROW Body-area analysis shows which areas you have trained and how each one is changing, on a body map you can switch between male and female figures. OPEN IT AND TRAIN Choose body areas and a length, and Swayni puts a workout together in one tap. Want something different? Shuffle for another. Like it? Save it. EVERY EXERCISE GETS STRONGER Each exercise keeps its own history, so you can see your latest sessions and how the movement is progressing. A WEEKLY PLAN THAT FITS A quick setup arranges what to train on each day of the week. The Today tab shows the day's workout at a glance, and an activity heatmap keeps your consistency in view. BUILD IT YOUR WAY Combine prep time, exercises, reps, holds, rounds and rests, nested however you like. Save your own exercises with photos, notes and left or right sides, and preview the full timeline and duration before you begin. ALSO INCLUDED • Official workouts by body area, no equipment needed • A built-in exercise library you can copy from • Lock Screen and Dynamic Island live status • Siri and Shortcuts to start a workout hands-free • Optional background music and rhythm cues • Made for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch SWAYNI PRO Swayni is free to start. Pro adds unlimited saved workouts and exercises, longer-range body-area and exercise analysis, iCloud sync across your devices, pinning a favorite workout to a weekday, personalized theme colors and app icons, and no app recommendations. Your own workout records stay free to view, even if Pro ends. Pro also includes the Apple Watch companion and linked workouts, so a warm-up you edit once stays in sync everywhere. Pro is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription (the yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers), or as a one-time lifetime purchase that covers offline features; future features that need servers are not included. Prices vary by region. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. PRIVACY No account needed. Your workouts, notes, photos and history live on your device, and are synced only through your own iCloud if you turn on Pro sync. Swayni doesn't listen to your microphone, track your movement or assess your form. When you train with Apple Watch, workouts are saved to the Health app with your permission; heart rate and energy are shown on your devices and never uploaded by Swayni. Swayni provides workout guidance, not medical advice. Start conservatively and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or unusual discomfort. Classic high intensity intervals with ready made protocols. EMOM. Every minute on the minute. Name your exercises, do your reps, rest whatever time is left. Circuit. Set your stations, work time, rest time, and rounds, then go. Custom. Build your own workout from scratch. Name every exercise, set work and rest for each one, reorder them, and choose your rounds. BUILT FOR REAL WORKOUTS • Voice announcements call out each exercise, so you never look at your phone mid set • Type your times directly, or tap to adjust, whichever is faster • Save any workout and start it again in one tap • History tracks completed workouts, total minutes, and exercises done • Sound, haptics, and voice each turn on or off independently • Your music keeps playing, cues mix over the top • Screen stays awake through a workout • Optional pause when you leave the app • Dark mode COMPLETELY FREE No ads. No subscriptions. No paid unlocks. No account to create. Every feature is there the moment you install. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS HIIT Timer collects nothing. Your workouts, history, and settings live on your device and nowhere else.

Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: HIIT Timer at none against Swayni's shown. HIIT Timer also leads on iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). Swayni's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
