Turn a screen recording or any video containing visible text into a clean Markdown document. Extract Text from Video: OCR reads only useful changed frames, recognizes the text on your device, and joins overlapping lines from scrolling screens into one continuous result. USE IT FOR • Scrolling social media lists and profiles • Tutorials, presentations, and recorded demos • Long pages captured as screen recordings • Any video containing text you want to reuse FAST, FOCUSED OCR Trim the video to the section you need and crop to the text area. The app automatically skips unchanged frames, recognizes Czech and English text, removes repeated screen elements, and stitches scrolling overlap. CLEAN MARKDOWN Review formatted Markdown alongside the original OCR result. Copy everything, select individual lines, share the result, or save a .md file. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Video decoding, frame selection, OCR, and Markdown formatting run on your iPhone or iPad. Your videos and recognized text are not uploaded to the developer. Optional usage analytics never include videos, recognized text, or filenames and can be disabled at any time. The optional "Ask ChatGPT" button sends your scanned text to ChatGPT (OpenAI) only after you review a clear notice and confirm. Nothing is ever sent automatically. ON-DEVICE POLISH On supported devices, Apple’s on-device language model can optionally improve Markdown structure without rewriting the recognized text. SHARE EXTENSION Send a video to the app directly from another app’s share sheet, then trim, crop, scan, and export.
