PunchTrack turns your iPhone into a coach for solo heavy-bag boxing. No wearables. No straps. Stand your phone to your side and start training - the camera watches how you move and counts every punch in real time, so gym noise doesn't matter. Every session is filmed too, to watch back, save or share. TRAIN - Free Training: open bag work with a live punch count and hits per minute, over the camera picture. - Workouts: nine guided routines from beginner to advanced, three with slips and steps, with timed rounds, bell cues, and spoken combination callouts ("jab, cross, hook") - or build your own custom rounds. - Sound cues you can hear across the gym: round bells, a ten-second clapper, a 3-2-1 and spoken combos. Tune them in Sound & Haptics. - Combo Trainer: the first set builds each combination one punch at a time, then you throw the whole combo, and it only moves on when it sees you throw it. Boxing or Muay Thai, with elbows, knees and kicks. - Sprint: max punches against the clock. - Reaction: wait for the cue, then fire. Your reaction time in milliseconds, tracked over time. - Boxing Basics: animated lessons in three levels, from stance and guard to body shots, uppercuts and slips, plus a full punch guide that adapts to your stance. - Camera detection: lead and rear punches counted from the picture, at any phone height. A quick guide shows the set-up, and sensitivity is in Advanced settings if you need it. - Session videos: every session is filmed with sound and kept in the app for 3 days, or longer if you choose. Save or share them with an optional details bar. COMPETE - 1v1 Match: pass the phone and go round for round with a friend on the same device. Most hits takes the match. - Leaderboards: Season 1 weekly and all-time rankings of camera-counted punches, globally, by country, or among the people you follow. SOCIAL Create a free account to back up and sync your training, pick your handle, and your fighter card joins the community: username, flag, and headline stats, discoverable by other boxers. Follow friends, climb the boards, and share poster-grade session cards to your story. You stay in control - turn discoverability off anytime, age, weight, height and session sharing each have their own toggle (off by default), and you can block or report anyone. PROGRESS - Weekly activity rings track sessions, hits and minutes against goals you set. - A clean dashboard charts punch volume, cadence and reaction trends, with a seven-day trend card and a training log calendar. - Streaks and a trophy case of achievements keep you honest. - Full session history with round splits and personal-best badges, split by training mode. - Optional Apple Health export - workouts and estimated calories, write-only. PRIVATE BY DEFAULT - Counting happens on your iPhone. No images or video are collected or uploaded; session videos stay in the app unless you save or share them. - No account needed. Punch Counter

How many punches can you throw in 10 seconds? PunchCounter turns your iPhone or iPad into a boxing punch counter. Stand 2โ€“3 meters in front of the camera, tap Start, and throw your fastest punches. The app watches your body pose in real time, counts every punch, and beeps on each hit so you can keep your eyes on your target โ€” not on the screen. HOW IT WORKS โ€ข Tap Start and get into position during the countdown. โ€ข Punch as fast as you can for 10 seconds โ€” every detected punch beeps. โ€ข When time is up, the app announces your result out loud in English: "You made 20 punches." โ€ข See your score on the result screen, then repeat and try to beat it. BUILT FOR TRAINING โ€ข Big on-screen counter readable from across the room. โ€ข Live skeleton overlay shows what the camera sees. โ€ข Works in portrait and landscape. โ€ข Beeps and the voice announcement play even with the silent switch on, so the session always gives you feedback. PRIVATE BY DESIGN All pose recognition runs entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework. Video is never recorded, stored, or sent anywhere. No account, no ads, no tracking, no data collection. WHAT YOU NEED โ€ข A device with an A12 Bionic chip or newer is recommended for smooth 30 fps counting (works on older devices with a warning). โ€ข Enough space to stand 2โ€“3 meters from the camera. โ€ข iOS 17 or later. Grab your phone, set it against a wall, and find out how fast your hands really are.
