Your watch records a lot. Teeras helps you get more from it. See your sleep and HRV beside your own usual range, add how you feel, and take a small breathing moment whenever you want. GET MORE FROM YOUR WEARABLE See the latest comparable observation beside your own recent range, with its source and date. When there is not enough comparable history, Teeras shows the readings it has and explains what is missing. Your usual range describes your history; it is not a score to chase. USING AI AGENTS? TURN ON AI MODE One more run. One more prompt. The laptop still open at midnight. Connect Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or Gemini, and Teeras puts your agent hours beside the sleep, HRV and recovery your watch already records. Your own nights, side by side, so you can see the pattern for yourself. Setting it up takes three steps: 1. Install Teeras and connect Apple Health. 2. On your computer, run: npx @teeras/afterhours setup 3. Turn on AI work in Teeras. Only counts and timestamps are used. No prompts, code, repository names or file paths ever enter the activity snapshot. ROOM FOR HOW YOU FEEL A measurement cannot describe your whole morning. Add an optional feeling or a quick energy note, and see it beside the observations. Your experience has a place without being converted into another score. BREATHE WITH A LITTLE COMPANION A happy giraffe breathes with you: four seconds in, an optional four-second hold, and four to six seconds out. Choose your pace, pause, or simply sit for a moment. Soft touch cues are optional, and Reduce Motion keeps the experience accessible. Breathe comfortably and stop if the rhythm feels uncomfortable. YOUR INFORMATION, YOUR CHOICE Apple Health observations stay on your iPhone. Choose which observations to share with Teeras and which optional connections to enable. Breathing works without wearable data or an AI connection. Lock Screen health details are optional and respect privacy settings. Teeras provides context and everyday wellbeing experiences. It does not diagnose, explain the medical cause of an unusual reading, or promise a particular health effect. Availability depends on your permitted sources and the observations they actually export.
