You do not need to be a BEA customer to use the app but you will need to log in with your credentials to enjoy our Mobile Banking service. Mobile Banking Service Features: - Fast and secure login with biometric authentication - View account balance and make transaction enquiries - Make domestic/overseas payments with i-Token service* - E-statements are available online for up to 5 years - View/create/amend fixed time deposits - Manage payees - Transfer funds between your accounts - View and amend scheduled transfers/payments - Make cross-currency transfers - Change PIN - View summary of direct debit instructions - View webmail messages *If logging in via SMS One-Time Password, payments are restricted to pre-registered payees only.
