Focus on your workout, not the clock. SetFlow Pulse guides you through exercise and rest intervals with a clear timer and voice cues, so you can spend less time checking the screen. BUILD YOUR OWN SESSIONS Set exercise time, rest time, the number of exercises and sets, and the break between sets. Save routines for your next session, whether you train at home or at the gym. FOLLOW THE TIMER AND VOICE CUES See your current interval and where you are in the session. Voice cues help you follow the workout, with pause and resume controls when you need a break. KEEP YOUR TRAINING HISTORY Review completed sessions, check their duration, and add notes about how each workout felt. MAKE IT YOURS Choose a color theme and select the interface and voice languages separately. English, Polish, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese are available. MORE WITH PRO An in-app purchase unlocks unlimited saved workouts and access to training history, removes ads, and lets workouts continue with the screen off. For background audio, choose whether other audio stays at its usual volume or is lowered for the active workout session. Set your intervals, start the timer, and get moving.

Cedar shows oak, birch, grass and ragweed separately when the provider supports them. Missing readings stay missing. Restore and subscription-management controls are available in Settings. YOUR HISTORY, ON YOUR IPHONE No Cedar account or cloud symptom sync is required. Cedar compares recorded entries with modeled pollen when enough compatible information exists; these are observations, not proof of a cause or predictions of your symptoms.
