Runflake is a running app that brings your runs together, from today’s pace to your weekly and monthly totals. Track a run, look back at your splits and see how your running changes over time. Your running, week by week See distance, time, run count and average pace by week, month, year or all time. Review the days you ran in a calendar and charts. Filter your run history by date and indoor or outdoor activity. Look closer at each run Review your outdoor GPS route and split pace. Find your longest runs and personal records over 1 km, 5 km and 10 km. Numbers you can read on the move Keep distance, time and pace in view. Turn on voice cues to hear your split every kilometre, or every mile when using miles. Voice cues are in English. A weekly goal that fits Six ways to aim: distance, runs per week, time, weight, calories, or steps. Follow your progress alongside your recorded runs. A week of running with your crew Join a crew with an invite code. See weekly distance and run counts based on the records shared with you. Add a manual entry for a week you did not record in the app. Choose separately whether to share your runs and include your totals in a crew report shared outside the group. Indoor runs, too Record indoor runs alongside outdoor sessions. Indoor distance is estimated from sensors and kept distinct from outdoor GPS records. Saved on your phone Record runs without an internet connection. Outdoor route tracking still needs location permission and GPS reception. Turn it on in settings and a finished run is written to Apple Health, with its route for outdoor runs. Start a run on Apple Watch and check your running numbers on your wrist. As you keep running, review your achievements and ranks. Daily, weekly, monthly and yearly leaderboards cover outdoor GPS runs.
