StepLock vs StepScroll

Walk to unlock the apps that steal your attention. One validated step earns one second. Choose the apps, walk with your iPhone, and spend that time on purpose. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick the apps you want to use more intentionally. 2. Walk. StepLock reads your step count from Apple Health. 3. Validated steps fill a shared screen-time balance. 4. When the balance hits zero, those apps lock until you earn more. 5. Walk again to grow the balance and keep using them on purpose. Download StepLock, pick your apps, and take the first walk. BUILT FOR REAL LIFE • See your balance and progress at a glance • Follow active progress with a Live Activity and widgets • Build a streak and work toward a daily step goal • Carry 25% of unused earned time into the next day • Use a five-minute emergency unlock once per day • Review earned, spent, and validated steps in clear daily stats • Manage or restore your subscription from inside the app • Redeem an App Store offer code from the native Apple sheet PRIVACY BY DESIGN Your Health step data and selected-app list stay on your device. StepScroll blocks the apps that eat your day and opens them again when you move. Walk, squat, hold a plank or stretch, and every step and rep turns into minutes of scroll time. HOW IT WORKS • Pick the apps you want to use less. StepScroll blocks them with Apple's Screen Time. • Earn minutes by moving. Your steps count on their own, from your iPhone or Apple Watch through Apple Health. Or prop up your phone and the camera counts your reps and holds. • Spend them when you like. The apps open, the timer runs, and they block again by themselves when it reaches zero. 32 MOVES, FOUR WAYS TO EARN • Workout: squats, lunges, push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks, plank, wall sit and more • Yoga: tree, warrior II, chair, downward dog, cobra, cat-cow • Stretch: forward fold, hamstring, quad, child's pose, butterfly and more • Pilates: glute bridge, the hundred, roll-up, teaser, dead bug and more YOUR RULES • Choose Gentle, Balanced or Strict, then fine-tune what every move is worth. • Set the steps that open your day and the minutes they unlock. • Minutes you earn are banked and never expire. • A real emergency? You get 3 emergency unlocks a month. SEE IT CHANGE Keep your streak, watch your steps add up, and see the time you spend in the apps you've blocked fall week by week. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • The camera counts reps on your phone. Frames are never recorded or sent anywhere. • Your Screen Time data and the apps you pick never leave your phone. • StepScroll only reads your step count from Apple Health and never writes to it. • No account, no sign-up. STEPSCROLL PRO Try everything free for 7 days on the yearly plan ($59.99 a year), or subscribe weekly ($6.99 a week, no free trial).
