Run by effort, not guesswork. OnPace is a heart-rate-first running app built to keep the signal that matters most in view. Connect a compatible Bluetooth heart-rate sensor, choose an outdoor or indoor run, and see your current heart rate, training zone, time in zone, duration, distance, and pace in a focused live screen. FEATURES • Live heart rate from devices that broadcast the standard Bluetooth Heart Rate service • Five configurable heart-rate zones based on your maximum heart rate • Clear zone guidance and time-in-zone tracking during every run • Outdoor GPS distance, pace, and route recording • Indoor run mode without GPS • Live Activity support for the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island • Run summaries, local history, and training statistics • Optional export of completed workouts, heart-rate samples, distance, and routes to Apple Health • Runs can continue if the heart-rate signal is interrupted PRIVATE BY DESIGN OnPace has no account, advertising, analytics, or tracking. Run history and preferences stay on your device. Data is shared only when you choose Apple Health export or use the system Share sheet. OnPace is not a medical device.
