SleepBlend is a sound console for bedtime. Instead of scrolling a wall of tracks at midnight, you compose tonight's blend from a handful of voices — rain, ocean, wind, coloured noise, a warm drone — each generated on your device in real time, with its own volume and its own place in the stereo field. Nothing to download, and no loop that comes round again at 3am. COMPOSE YOUR OWN SOUNDSCAPE Stack voices in the multi-layer mixer and hear the blend change as you move each slider. The Resonance Ring shows the mix as bands of light around a still centre — when the voices sit in balance it settles into an even halo. A SLEEP TIMER THAT FADES, NEVER STOPS DEAD Set a timer with quick presets and a gentle fade-out over the last few minutes, so the night ends softly instead of cutting to silence. A blend keeps playing with the screen locked. ONE HONEST NUMBER Give a one-minute check-in in the morning — how quickly you drifted off, how rested you feel — and the Sleep Mix Score reflects how each blend works for you. It is built only from your own check-ins, shown with a transparent five-part breakdown, and it stays quiet until there is enough of your own data to be honest. Nothing is measured: no sensors, no wearables, no microphone. IT LEARNS WHICH VOICES SUIT YOU Over time the app surfaces which sounds turn up on the nights you settled faster, labelled as a pattern in your own logs — an association, not a cause. Tonight's recommendation is ranked from the same data. Every one of these calculations runs on your device, from your own entries. FREE, AND GENUINELY USEFUL The whole play loop is free: the full mixer with per-voice volume and stereo balance, the core voices, the sleep timer and gentle fade, the morning check-in, your Nights Composed streak, a nightly wind-down reminder and a 7-night rest trend. Free keeps up to three saved blends — and a blend you have saved is always free to replay, edit, favourite and delete. SLEEPBLEND PRO (optional subscription) - All 50 premium voices, and the starter mixes built on them - Unlimited saved blends, and deeper blends of up to eight voices - Adaptive recommendations with tweak suggestions - The full Sleep Mix Score breakdown, 90-night trends and sound associations - Per-voice Adaptive Volume Fade, and Gentle Wake - Monthly or yearly, with a 7-day free trial - Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation; the subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period; manage or cancel it in Settings SleepBlend is a wellness and relaxation tool. Eating on a GLP-1 is not the same as eating on a diet. Appetite may disappear, nausea may arrive without warning, and food you loved last week may smell wrong today. Tiny Appetite answers the question that keeps coming back: Given how I feel, what can I eat right now? TELL IT HOW YOU FEEL, GET SOMETHING YOU CAN MANAGE Tap what you're dealing with — nausea, low appetite, constipation, food aversions, bloating — and Eat Now returns three gentle food or drink ideas, one protein anchor, and a hydration nudge. Every idea comes with a rough protein and fiber estimate and how much effort it takes, so you can pick with the energy you actually have. LOG WHAT YOU ATE AND HOW IT SAT A few taps: what it was, roughly how much, how your appetite was before, and how it felt afterward. Never a calorie count, never a judgement. That's what teaches the app which foods work for your body. BUILD YOUR OWN LIST OF FOODS THAT WORK Foods that sat well become your personal list, tagged by the symptom they help. Foods that didn't sit well go on your Avoid list and stop appearing in suggestions. On a bad day you're choosing from things you already know are safe. PROTEIN FIRST, GENTLY Protein, fiber and water goals shown as three quiet rings and a Nourish Bowl that fills as the day goes on. A 14-day protein trend and a week-over-week change tell you whether things are heading the right way. THE KITCHEN GUIDE Ask in plain language — "I can't face anything warm, what now?" — and get a small, gentle idea grounded in your own symptoms and the foods you tolerate. GENTLE BY DESIGN A nourish streak that encourages and never punishes a missed day, milestones for real progress, and a daily practical tip. WHY I BUILT THIS I've been on a GLP-1 for several months. The constipation, the diarrhea, the days when nothing sounds edible. And the part nobody warns you about: your appetite disappears, your thirst disappears, and you still have to eat and drink to stay healthy. Every app I found wanted to count something. My question was never how many calories. It was, "What can I eat right now?" So I built it. WHAT'S FREE Eat Now suggestions, full logging, your Tolerable and Avoid lists, your goals and rings, the whole diary, streak and milestones, and the Kitchen Guide. TINY APPETITE PLUS (optional subscription) - Suggestions ranked by the foods you already tolerate - The Smoothie Builder with live protein, fiber and calorie estimates - Every mini meal plan, custom plans and auto grocery lists - Snack ideas and the protein, fiber and hydration lists - Tolerability insights: which foods sit well, which don't, and your symptom patterns $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings. A NOTE ON WHAT THIS IS Tiny Appetite is a general wellness and food-support tool. It offers informational food and drink suggestions only — never medical, nutritional, dietetic, or dosing advice, and never diagnosis or treatment. Nutrient figures are rough estimates and targets are general ranges. It never asks about or references your medication, its dose, or its timing. Always follow your prescriber and care team.
