Movescore gives you one honest number for the day — 0 to 100 — and then tells you the single smallest thing that would move it. ONE NUMBER, AND WHAT MOVES IT Log a walk, a stand-up break, a stretch or a glass of water in about five seconds, and the score rebuilds in front of you: forty points for movement, twenty-five for how well you broke up the sitting, twenty for purposeful activity, fifteen for hydration. Tap the score and every point traces back to something you entered. THE NEXT CLIMB Instead of another chart, Movescore runs the scoring backwards to find the cheapest single action that would lift you into the next band, and says it in plain language — "an eight-minute walk gets you to 71" — with a button that logs exactly that. TARGETS THAT AREN'T INVENTED The step goal follows the Lancet Public Health meta-analysis that found benefit levels off around eight thousand steps a day under sixty and seven thousand after, not the marketing figure of ten thousand. Break rhythm follows the trial that found five minutes every thirty is the dose that matters. Hydration follows the National Academies intake numbers rather than "eight glasses". Every threshold names its source inside the app. BUILT FOR THE 6AM FLIGHT, NOT THE 6AM GYM Travel Mode moves your day boundary and every reminder to the destination time zone, so crossing zones can never break a streak, and bends your targets to the intensity of the trip. SIXTY SECONDS, AT YOUR DESK OR AT THE GATE Twenty short reset routines across five body regions, sorted for where you actually are — at a desk, in a hotel room, at a departure gate, or in a seat on a plane. Named steps, a timer, and a note on where to stop. REMINDERS THAT KNOW WHEN TO STAY QUIET Nudges fire only inside the working hours you set, only when you are actually behind, and never more often than you allow. WHAT'S FREE Your score and its full breakdown, The Next Climb, every log and your whole history, the entire Resets library, your streak, the 7-day trend, the score calendar, time-zone-correct travel days, reminders, and a real CSV export of everything. MOVESCORE PRO (optional subscription) - The weekly report: which component cost you the most, and what to change - 30 and 90-day trends, with the change on each one - The pattern finder: what your own best days have in common - The full travel playbook: jet-lag plan, flight-day hydration, gate walks $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings. Movescore is a wellness and habit-tracking tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and the Move Score is the app's own index rather than a clinical measure. Nothing is read from your phone, a watch, Apple Health or Google Fit — you log it, in about five seconds, and that is the whole data set. Eating on a GLP-1 is not the same as eating on a diet. Appetite may disappear, nausea may arrive without warning, and food you loved last week may smell wrong today. Tiny Appetite answers the question that keeps coming back: Given how I feel, what can I eat right now? TELL IT HOW YOU FEEL, GET SOMETHING YOU CAN MANAGE Tap what you're dealing with — nausea, low appetite, constipation, food aversions, bloating — and Eat Now returns three gentle food or drink ideas, one protein anchor, and a hydration nudge. Every idea comes with a rough protein and fiber estimate and how much effort it takes, so you can pick with the energy you actually have. LOG WHAT YOU ATE AND HOW IT SAT A few taps: what it was, roughly how much, how your appetite was before, and how it felt afterward. Never a calorie count, never a judgement. That's what teaches the app which foods work for your body. BUILD YOUR OWN LIST OF FOODS THAT WORK Foods that sat well become your personal list, tagged by the symptom they help. Foods that didn't sit well go on your Avoid list and stop appearing in suggestions. On a bad day you're choosing from things you already know are safe. PROTEIN FIRST, GENTLY Protein, fiber and water goals shown as three quiet rings and a Nourish Bowl that fills as the day goes on. A 14-day protein trend and a week-over-week change tell you whether things are heading the right way. THE KITCHEN GUIDE Ask in plain language — "I can't face anything warm, what now?" — and get a small, gentle idea grounded in your own symptoms and the foods you tolerate. GENTLE BY DESIGN A nourish streak that encourages and never punishes a missed day, milestones for real progress, and a daily practical tip. WHY I BUILT THIS I've been on a GLP-1 for several months. The constipation, the diarrhea, the days when nothing sounds edible. And the part nobody warns you about: your appetite disappears, your thirst disappears, and you still have to eat and drink to stay healthy. Every app I found wanted to count something. My question was never how many calories. It was, "What can I eat right now?" So I built it. WHAT'S FREE Eat Now suggestions, full logging, your Tolerable and Avoid lists, your goals and rings, the whole diary, streak and milestones, and the Kitchen Guide. TINY APPETITE PLUS (optional subscription) - Suggestions ranked by the foods you already tolerate - The Smoothie Builder with live protein, fiber and calorie estimates - Every mini meal plan, custom plans and auto grocery lists - Snack ideas and the protein, fiber and hydration lists - Tolerability insights: which foods sit well, which don't, and your symptom patterns $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings. A NOTE ON WHAT THIS IS Tiny Appetite is a general wellness and food-support tool. It offers informational food and drink suggestions only — never medical, nutritional, dietetic, or dosing advice, and never diagnosis or treatment. Nutrient figures are rough estimates and targets are general ranges. It never asks about or references your medication, its dose, or its timing. Always follow your prescriber and care team.
