SilverStrong is built for people over 50 who want to move well at home — without a gym, without a class, and without guessing whether any of it is working. START WITH A NUMBER, NOT A GUESS The Check is a five-minute test you do at home: how many times you can stand from a chair in 30 seconds, and how long you can hold four balance positions. Your result is scored against the published figures for your age and sex, so you know where you actually stand. A SESSION BUILT FOR TODAY Every session is assembled to the length you choose, from movements you can actually do — seated, holding on, or free-standing — and it leaves out anything that loads a joint you have told it is sore. IT LISTENS, AND IT CHANGES Rate the effort and any pain at the end, answer one question the next morning, and the plan moves. Two clean sessions and it steps up. Pain, or soreness that is worse the next day, and it eases back. The reason is written on the screen in plain words every time. THE THREE WEEKLY TARGETS Moving minutes, strength days and balance days, tracked separately against the World Health Organization's weekly numbers for adults. Balance is the one almost nobody counts. BUILT FOR THE EYES AND HANDS THAT WILL USE IT Large type, high contrast, generous buttons, spoken instructions so you can look away from the phone, and a light and a dark theme. It works on iPhone and iPad. FREE, AND IT STAYS FREE The Check and its score, a complete session every single day, the whole movement library, the three weekly targets and every safety behaviour are free — permanently. SILVERSTRONG PLUS (optional subscription) - Unlimited re-Checks, your trend line, and a projected date you reach the published average for your age - Sessions that step up on their own, plus 20 and 30 minute lengths - Your stiffness compared across session days and rest days - A printable session sheet and a summary page you can hand your doctor - Your full history $6.99 a month or $39.99 a year, after a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. It renews automatically at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and you can manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings. SilverStrong is a wellness tool, not medical advice. If something hurts, changes, or worries you, talk to your doctor. Movescore gives you one honest number for the day — 0 to 100 — and then tells you the single smallest thing that would move it. ONE NUMBER, AND WHAT MOVES IT Log a walk, a stand-up break, a stretch or a glass of water in about five seconds, and the score rebuilds in front of you: forty points for movement, twenty-five for how well you broke up the sitting, twenty for purposeful activity, fifteen for hydration. Tap the score and every point traces back to something you entered. THE NEXT CLIMB Instead of another chart, Movescore runs the scoring backwards to find the cheapest single action that would lift you into the next band, and says it in plain language — "an eight-minute walk gets you to 71" — with a button that logs exactly that. TARGETS THAT AREN'T INVENTED The step goal follows the Lancet Public Health meta-analysis that found benefit levels off around eight thousand steps a day under sixty and seven thousand after, not the marketing figure of ten thousand. Break rhythm follows the trial that found five minutes every thirty is the dose that matters. Hydration follows the National Academies intake numbers rather than "eight glasses". Every threshold names its source inside the app. BUILT FOR THE 6AM FLIGHT, NOT THE 6AM GYM Travel Mode moves your day boundary and every reminder to the destination time zone, so crossing zones can never break a streak, and bends your targets to the intensity of the trip. SIXTY SECONDS, AT YOUR DESK OR AT THE GATE Twenty short reset routines across five body regions, sorted for where you actually are — at a desk, in a hotel room, at a departure gate, or in a seat on a plane. Named steps, a timer, and a note on where to stop. REMINDERS THAT KNOW WHEN TO STAY QUIET Nudges fire only inside the working hours you set, only when you are actually behind, and never more often than you allow. WHAT'S FREE Your score and its full breakdown, The Next Climb, every log and your whole history, the entire Resets library, your streak, the 7-day trend, the score calendar, time-zone-correct travel days, reminders, and a real CSV export of everything. MOVESCORE PRO (optional subscription) - The weekly report: which component cost you the most, and what to change - 30 and 90-day trends, with the change on each one - The pattern finder: what your own best days have in common - The full travel playbook: jet-lag plan, flight-day hydration, gate walks $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings. Movescore is a wellness and habit-tracking tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and the Move Score is the app's own index rather than a clinical measure. Nothing is read from your phone, a watch, Apple Health or Google Fit — you log it, in about five seconds, and that is the whole data set.
