Eating on a GLP-1 is not the same as eating on a diet. Appetite may disappear, nausea may arrive without warning, and food you loved last week may smell wrong today. Tiny Appetite answers the question that keeps coming back: Given how I feel, what can I eat right now? TELL IT HOW YOU FEEL, GET SOMETHING YOU CAN MANAGE Tap what you're dealing with — nausea, low appetite, constipation, food aversions, bloating — and Eat Now returns three gentle food or drink ideas, one protein anchor, and a hydration nudge. Every idea comes with a rough protein and fiber estimate and how much effort it takes, so you can pick with the energy you actually have. LOG WHAT YOU ATE AND HOW IT SAT A few taps: what it was, roughly how much, how your appetite was before, and how it felt afterward. Never a calorie count, never a judgement. That's what teaches the app which foods work for your body. BUILD YOUR OWN LIST OF FOODS THAT WORK Foods that sat well become your personal list, tagged by the symptom they help. Foods that didn't sit well go on your Avoid list and stop appearing in suggestions. On a bad day you're choosing from things you already know are safe. PROTEIN FIRST, GENTLY Protein, fiber and water goals shown as three quiet rings and a Nourish Bowl that fills as the day goes on. A 14-day protein trend and a week-over-week change tell you whether things are heading the right way. THE KITCHEN GUIDE Ask in plain language — "I can't face anything warm, what now?" — and get a small, gentle idea grounded in your own symptoms and the foods you tolerate. GENTLE BY DESIGN A nourish streak that encourages and never punishes a missed day, milestones for real progress, and a daily practical tip. WHY I BUILT THIS I've been on a GLP-1 for several months. The constipation, the diarrhea, the days when nothing sounds edible. And the part nobody warns you about: your appetite disappears, your thirst disappears, and you still have to eat and drink to stay healthy. Every app I found wanted to count something. My question was never how many calories. It was, "What can I eat right now?" So I built it. It offers informational food and drink suggestions only — never medical, nutritional, dietetic, or dosing advice, and never diagnosis or treatment. Nutrient figures are rough estimates and targets are general ranges. It never asks about or references your medication, its dose, or its timing. Always follow your prescriber and care team. NeuroNavigate
Read full descriptionHide full description
NeuroNavigate is a calm, low-stimulation companion for neurodivergent teens and adults — for the freeze in front of an overwhelming task, and the confusing conversation you have replayed nine times since Tuesday. THE COMPASS POINTS AT ONE THING Tap "Point me to now" and the needle settles on your single most useful next action, given what today actually looks like. Not a list. One thing. Around it, the Bearings ring is a see-through score out of 100 built from what you did — tasks started, steps finished, grounding minutes, routine slots, a check-in — averaged over the week with a soft floor, so one hard day cannot sink it. Every weight is visible and every term is tappable. BREAK IT INTO STEPS Hand over one dreaded task and get back a handful of small, ordered steps, the first deliberately under two minutes, phrased as gentle if-then plans. Slide from a few big steps to many tiny ones depending on the kind of day it is. THE SOCIAL COMPASS Describe a baffling social moment and get a calm social story: what is likely going on, how the other person may be seeing it, a few things you could say or do — offered, never ordered — and one thing to watch for. Save the ones that helped and re-read them before the next time. GROUND YOURSELF Cyclic sighing, box breathing, resonance, 4-7-8 and 5-4-3-2-1 grounding, each labelled honestly as studied or as general practice guidance. One to ten minutes, with a breathing orb to follow. AND THE REST OF THE DAY Focus mode spotlights a single step behind a quiet timer. Routines anchor to something you already do ("after my morning coffee...") and carry a forgiving streak a single miss cannot reset. Medication and appointment reminders log and remind — never dosing, never guidance. Mind dump gets the racing thought out of your head in one tap, and turns it into a task in one more. FREE, AND STAYING FREE Capture, the Compass, Bearings, Point me to now, the whole regulation library, Focus mode, reminders, mind dump, the daily check-in, milestones and three AI helps a day are free. Crisis grounding is never behind a paywall. NEURONAVIGATE PRO (optional subscription) - Unlimited step breakdowns and social stories - Unlimited routines - Your time-sense factor: how long things really take you versus your estimate - Your best focus window, so you can protect it - Whether higher-energy days actually mean more finished - The weekly Trail Report, and your full history $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings. NeuroNavigate is a wellness and productivity companion. It is not medical advice, it does not diagnose or treat ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, anxiety or any condition, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional — those names describe who it is for. Social stories are a widely used supportive strategy with mixed formal evidence, not a treatment. Bearings is a summary of your own logs, never a measure of your health or your worth. Verdict
Tiny Appetite and NeuroNavigate are too close to call on the numbers: across 5 compared parameters — price, ads, in-app purchases and device support among them — neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.

Both are free to download. Tiny Appetite sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month and NeuroNavigate sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
