SilverStrong is built for people over 50 who want to move well at home — without a gym, without a class, and without guessing whether any of it is working. START WITH A NUMBER, NOT A GUESS The Check is a five-minute test you do at home: how many times you can stand from a chair in 30 seconds, and how long you can hold four balance positions. Your result is scored against the published figures for your age and sex, so you know where you actually stand. A SESSION BUILT FOR TODAY Every session is assembled to the length you choose, from movements you can actually do — seated, holding on, or free-standing — and it leaves out anything that loads a joint you have told it is sore. IT LISTENS, AND IT CHANGES Rate the effort and any pain at the end, answer one question the next morning, and the plan moves. Two clean sessions and it steps up. Pain, or soreness that is worse the next day, and it eases back. The reason is written on the screen in plain words every time. THE THREE WEEKLY TARGETS Moving minutes, strength days and balance days, tracked separately against the World Health Organization's weekly numbers for adults. Balance is the one almost nobody counts. BUILT FOR THE EYES AND HANDS THAT WILL USE IT Large type, high contrast, generous buttons, spoken instructions so you can look away from the phone, and a light and a dark theme. It works on iPhone and iPad. FREE, AND IT STAYS FREE The Check and its score, a complete session every single day, the whole movement library, the three weekly targets and every safety behaviour are free — permanently. SILVERSTRONG PLUS (optional subscription) - Unlimited re-Checks, your trend line, and a projected date you reach the published average for your age - Sessions that step up on their own, plus 20 and 30 minute lengths - Your stiffness compared across session days and rest days - A printable session sheet and a summary page you can hand your doctor - Your full history $6.99 a month or $39.99 a year, after a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. It renews automatically at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and you can manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings. SilverStrong is a wellness tool, not medical advice. If something hurts, changes, or worries you, talk to your doctor. Eating on a GLP-1 is not the same as eating on a diet. Appetite may disappear, nausea may arrive without warning, and food you loved last week may smell wrong today. Tiny Appetite answers the question that keeps coming back: Given how I feel, what can I eat right now? TELL IT HOW YOU FEEL, GET SOMETHING YOU CAN MANAGE Tap what you're dealing with — nausea, low appetite, constipation, food aversions, bloating — and Eat Now returns three gentle food or drink ideas, one protein anchor, and a hydration nudge. Every idea comes with a rough protein and fiber estimate and how much effort it takes, so you can pick with the energy you actually have. LOG WHAT YOU ATE AND HOW IT SAT A few taps: what it was, roughly how much, how your appetite was before, and how it felt afterward. Never a calorie count, never a judgement. That's what teaches the app which foods work for your body. BUILD YOUR OWN LIST OF FOODS THAT WORK Foods that sat well become your personal list, tagged by the symptom they help. Foods that didn't sit well go on your Avoid list and stop appearing in suggestions. On a bad day you're choosing from things you already know are safe. PROTEIN FIRST, GENTLY Protein, fiber and water goals shown as three quiet rings and a Nourish Bowl that fills as the day goes on. A 14-day protein trend and a week-over-week change tell you whether things are heading the right way. THE KITCHEN GUIDE Ask in plain language — "I can't face anything warm, what now?" — and get a small, gentle idea grounded in your own symptoms and the foods you tolerate. GENTLE BY DESIGN A nourish streak that encourages and never punishes a missed day, milestones for real progress, and a daily practical tip. WHY I BUILT THIS I've been on a GLP-1 for several months. The constipation, the diarrhea, the days when nothing sounds edible. And the part nobody warns you about: your appetite disappears, your thirst disappears, and you still have to eat and drink to stay healthy. Every app I found wanted to count something. My question was never how many calories. It was, "What can I eat right now?" So I built it. WHAT'S FREE Eat Now suggestions, full logging, your Tolerable and Avoid lists, your goals and rings, the whole diary, streak and milestones, and the Kitchen Guide. TINY APPETITE PLUS (optional subscription) - Suggestions ranked by the foods you already tolerate - The Smoothie Builder with live protein, fiber and calorie estimates - Every mini meal plan, custom plans and auto grocery lists - Snack ideas and the protein, fiber and hydration lists - Tolerability insights: which foods sit well, which don't, and your symptom patterns $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings. A NOTE ON WHAT THIS IS Tiny Appetite is a general wellness and food-support tool. It offers informational food and drink suggestions only — never medical, nutritional, dietetic, or dosing advice, and never diagnosis or treatment. Nutrient figures are rough estimates and targets are general ranges. It never asks about or references your medication, its dose, or its timing. Always follow your prescriber and care team.
