Movescore gives you one honest number for the day — 0 to 100 — and then tells you the single smallest thing that would move it. ONE NUMBER, AND WHAT MOVES IT Log a walk, a stand-up break, a stretch or a glass of water in about five seconds, and the score rebuilds in front of you: forty points for movement, twenty-five for how well you broke up the sitting, twenty for purposeful activity, fifteen for hydration. Tap the score and every point traces back to something you entered. THE NEXT CLIMB Instead of another chart, Movescore runs the scoring backwards to find the cheapest single action that would lift you into the next band, and says it in plain language — "an eight-minute walk gets you to 71" — with a button that logs exactly that. TARGETS THAT AREN'T INVENTED The step goal follows the Lancet Public Health meta-analysis that found benefit levels off around eight thousand steps a day under sixty and seven thousand after, not the marketing figure of ten thousand. Break rhythm follows the trial that found five minutes every thirty is the dose that matters. Hydration follows the National Academies intake numbers rather than "eight glasses". Every threshold names its source inside the app. BUILT FOR THE 6AM FLIGHT, NOT THE 6AM GYM Travel Mode moves your day boundary and every reminder to the destination time zone, so crossing zones can never break a streak, and bends your targets to the intensity of the trip. SIXTY SECONDS, AT YOUR DESK OR AT THE GATE Twenty short reset routines across five body regions, sorted for where you actually are — at a desk, in a hotel room, at a departure gate, or in a seat on a plane. Named steps, a timer, and a note on where to stop. REMINDERS THAT KNOW WHEN TO STAY QUIET Nudges fire only inside the working hours you set, only when you are actually behind, and never more often than you allow. WHAT'S FREE Your score and its full breakdown, The Next Climb, every log and your whole history, the entire Resets library, your streak, the 7-day trend, the score calendar, time-zone-correct travel days, reminders, and a real CSV export of everything. MOVESCORE PRO (optional subscription) - The weekly report: which component cost you the most, and what to change - 30 and 90-day trends, with the change on each one - The pattern finder: what your own best days have in common - The full travel playbook: jet-lag plan, flight-day hydration, gate walks $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the period ends, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings. Movescore is a wellness and habit-tracking tool. It is not a medical device, it does not diagnose or treat anything, and the Move Score is the app's own index rather than a clinical measure. Nothing is read from your phone, a watch, Apple Health or Google Fit — you log it, in about five seconds, and that is the whole data set. About

NeuroNavigate

Features

NeuroNavigate is a calm, low-stimulation companion for neurodivergent teens and adults — for the freeze in front of an overwhelming task, and the confusing conversation you have replayed nine times since Tuesday. THE COMPASS POINTS AT ONE THING Tap "Point me to now" and the needle settles on your single most useful next action, given what today actually looks like. Not a list. One thing. Around it, the Bearings ring is a see-through score out of 100 built from what you did — tasks started, steps finished, grounding minutes, routine slots, a check-in — averaged over the week with a soft floor, so one hard day cannot sink it. Every weight is visible and every term is tappable. BREAK IT INTO STEPS Hand over one dreaded task and get back a handful of small, ordered steps, the first deliberately under two minutes, phrased as gentle if-then plans. Slide from a few big steps to many tiny ones depending on the kind of day it is. THE SOCIAL COMPASS Describe a baffling social moment and get a calm social story: what is likely going on, how the other person may be seeing it, a few things you could say or do — offered, never ordered — and one thing to watch for. Save the ones that helped and re-read them before the next time. GROUND YOURSELF Cyclic sighing, box breathing, resonance, 4-7-8 and 5-4-3-2-1 grounding, each labelled honestly as studied or as general practice guidance. One to ten minutes, with a breathing orb to follow. AND THE REST OF THE DAY Focus mode spotlights a single step behind a quiet timer. Routines anchor to something you already do ("after my morning coffee...") and carry a forgiving streak a single miss cannot reset. Medication and appointment reminders log and remind — never dosing, never guidance. Mind dump gets the racing thought out of your head in one tap, and turns it into a task in one more. FREE, AND STAYING FREE Capture, the Compass, Bearings, Point me to now, the whole regulation library, Focus mode, reminders, mind dump, the daily check-in, milestones and three AI helps a day are free. Crisis grounding is never behind a paywall. NEURONAVIGATE PRO (optional subscription) - Unlimited step breakdowns and social stories - Unlimited routines - Your time-sense factor: how long things really take you versus your estimate - Your best focus window, so you can protect it - Whether higher-energy days actually mean more finished - The weekly Trail Report, and your full history $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings. NeuroNavigate is a wellness and productivity companion. It is not medical advice, it does not diagnose or treat ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, anxiety or any condition, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional — those names describe who it is for. Social stories are a widely used supportive strategy with mixed formal evidence, not a treatment. Bearings is a summary of your own logs, never a measure of your health or your worth.
