SwimEase

SwimEase answers a question your swim log does not: what did that set actually turn into? Every set has two halves. The half you write on the board โ ten hundreds on a one forty-five โ and the half the clock gives back: the seconds you get on the wall before the next one leaves. Every log stores the first half. SwimEase shows you the second. WRITE THE SET THE WAY YOU WRITE IT ON A BOARD "10x100 free" is a whole set. The reps, the distance and the stroke are read straight out of it, and the send-off you should write beside it is worked out for you โ rounded up to the five seconds a pace clock actually reads. THE WALL Every rep of the set becomes a column of the rest it really gave you, banded against your own floor: held, tight, or missed. You watch the rest collapse instead of reading an average that hides it. THE TURN The app names the rep at which the set stopped being the set you wrote, says what it became, and prescribes the send-off that would have held all of it โ solved against your slowest rep, because an average-based answer still breaks on the reps that were already breaking. YOUR THRESHOLD, FROM TWO OF YOUR OWN SWIMS Swim a 200 and a 400 as hard as you can hold. The arithmetic is shown, not hidden, and every send-off in the app is worked out from the result. A SET LIBRARY THAT REMEMBERS Save the sets you come back to. Each one carries how it went last time โ held six, turned at seven โ so the next board is written from evidence. BUILT FOR POOL SWIMMERS Short course yards, short course metres and long course metres, every swim filed under the pool it was swum in and converted when it needs to be. No watch, no chest strap, no hardware at all. FREE, WITH NO ACCOUNT NEEDED TO LOOK AROUND The board and its prescribed send-off, the Wall and the Turn on your latest set, the threshold test, your set library, your personal bests and swim-day reminders are free, and nothing you log is ever deleted. SWIMEASE FULL ACCESS (optional subscription) - How long you hold โ your turn across every comparable set, the number that actually moves with fitness - Drift โ a steady fade told apart from going out too hard, on two sets with the same average - What the set really was โ the zone you actually swam, against the one you wrote on the board - Where your volume went โ split by the zone your sets truly were, not the label you gave them - Your whole history โ every swim you have logged, not just the last 30 days, and all of it as a file - $4.99 per month or $29.99 per year, after a 14-day free trial - Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. SwimEase estimates training paces from the times you enter. It is a training log, not medical or health advice. BoxFlow
Read full descriptionHide full description
BoxFlow runs your shadow boxing rounds, paces your breathing in the rest, and gives you one thing to work on. Built for beginners who shadow box at home. Unlike boxing apps that claim to watch your form, it has no camera and no sensors, and it never watches you train. It counts what it called and records what you told it โ and it says which is which on every screen. THE ROUND BoxFlow calls the tempo and the combinations, so it knows exactly how many punches it asked for. Work and rest are timed against the plan, and the bell is a full-screen colour change you cannot miss. THE SIXTH BREATH A one-minute rest paced at six breaths a minute is exactly six breaths. BoxFlow paces them, you tap the ring at the end of each exhale, and every confirmed breath prints a mark on the ring. Six a minute beat both box breathing and free breathing on heart rate and perceived effort in a randomised trial of exactly this rest interval. ONE CUE, CHOSEN BY YOU Coaches at a national championship averaged eight instructions a round. You get one, you pick it from three, and it is phrased as something to do out in the world rather than something to think about inside your body โ the phrasing that measurably improves punch speed and force. THE LADDER Six rungs of round structure. You move up when your last three sessions say you are ready, not when the calendar says so. TECHNIQUE, WITH ITS SOURCE SHOWN Teaching points and common mistakes taken from the international amateur boxing coaching manual, plus a plain answer to the claims this sport repeats โ box breathing, 10,000 hours, 300 reps a day, and apps that say they can measure your form. FREE, FOREVER The whole training loop: unlimited rounds, every ladder rung, the breath pacer, the daily cue, the full technique library, your streak, and your last 14 sessions. The timer is never paywalled. BOXFLOW PRO (optional subscription) Unlimited history, the breath and cue trends, effort-versus-output insights, unlimited custom combinations, and CSV export of your own log. - Monthly or annual, with a 7-day free trial - Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation; auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in Settings BoxFlow is training practice, not medical advice.
