BoxFlow runs your shadow boxing rounds, paces your breathing in the rest, and gives you one thing to work on. Built for beginners who shadow box at home. Unlike boxing apps that claim to watch your form, it has no camera and no sensors, and it never watches you train. It counts what it called and records what you told it — and it says which is which on every screen. THE ROUND BoxFlow calls the tempo and the combinations, so it knows exactly how many punches it asked for. Work and rest are timed against the plan, and the bell is a full-screen colour change you cannot miss. THE SIXTH BREATH A one-minute rest paced at six breaths a minute is exactly six breaths. BoxFlow paces them, you tap the ring at the end of each exhale, and every confirmed breath prints a mark on the ring. Six a minute beat both box breathing and free breathing on heart rate and perceived effort in a randomised trial of exactly this rest interval. ONE CUE, CHOSEN BY YOU Coaches at a national championship averaged eight instructions a round. You get one, you pick it from three, and it is phrased as something to do out in the world rather than something to think about inside your body — the phrasing that measurably improves punch speed and force. THE LADDER Six rungs of round structure. You move up when your last three sessions say you are ready, not when the calendar says so. TECHNIQUE, WITH ITS SOURCE SHOWN Teaching points and common mistakes taken from the international amateur boxing coaching manual, plus a plain answer to the claims this sport repeats — box breathing, 10,000 hours, 300 reps a day, and apps that say they can measure your form. FREE, FOREVER The whole training loop: unlimited rounds, every ladder rung, the breath pacer, the daily cue, the full technique library, your streak, and your last 14 sessions. The timer is never paywalled. BOXFLOW PRO (optional subscription) Unlimited history, the breath and cue trends, effort-versus-output insights, unlimited custom combinations, and CSV export of your own log. - Monthly or annual, with a 7-day free trial - Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation; auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in Settings BoxFlow is training practice, not medical advice. NeuroNavigate is a calm, low-stimulation companion for neurodivergent teens and adults — for the freeze in front of an overwhelming task, and the confusing conversation you have replayed nine times since Tuesday. THE COMPASS POINTS AT ONE THING Tap "Point me to now" and the needle settles on your single most useful next action, given what today actually looks like. Not a list. One thing. Around it, the Bearings ring is a see-through score out of 100 built from what you did — tasks started, steps finished, grounding minutes, routine slots, a check-in — averaged over the week with a soft floor, so one hard day cannot sink it. Every weight is visible and every term is tappable. BREAK IT INTO STEPS Hand over one dreaded task and get back a handful of small, ordered steps, the first deliberately under two minutes, phrased as gentle if-then plans. Slide from a few big steps to many tiny ones depending on the kind of day it is. THE SOCIAL COMPASS Describe a baffling social moment and get a calm social story: what is likely going on, how the other person may be seeing it, a few things you could say or do — offered, never ordered — and one thing to watch for. Save the ones that helped and re-read them before the next time. GROUND YOURSELF Cyclic sighing, box breathing, resonance, 4-7-8 and 5-4-3-2-1 grounding, each labelled honestly as studied or as general practice guidance. One to ten minutes, with a breathing orb to follow. AND THE REST OF THE DAY Focus mode spotlights a single step behind a quiet timer. Routines anchor to something you already do ("after my morning coffee...") and carry a forgiving streak a single miss cannot reset. Medication and appointment reminders log and remind — never dosing, never guidance. Mind dump gets the racing thought out of your head in one tap, and turns it into a task in one more. FREE, AND STAYING FREE Capture, the Compass, Bearings, Point me to now, the whole regulation library, Focus mode, reminders, mind dump, the daily check-in, milestones and three AI helps a day are free. Crisis grounding is never behind a paywall. NEURONAVIGATE PRO (optional subscription) - Unlimited step breakdowns and social stories - Unlimited routines - Your time-sense factor: how long things really take you versus your estimate - Your best focus window, so you can protect it - Whether higher-energy days actually mean more finished - The weekly Trail Report, and your full history $9.99 per month or $59.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it any time in your Apple Account settings. NeuroNavigate is a wellness and productivity companion. It is not medical advice, it does not diagnose or treat ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, anxiety or any condition, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional — those names describe who it is for. Social stories are a widely used supportive strategy with mixed formal evidence, not a treatment. Bearings is a summary of your own logs, never a measure of your health or your worth.
