Record symptoms with a severity from 0 to 10 or simply indicate that they were present. For headaches, you can record the pain score, side, location and type of pain. Choose which quick actions appear on the home screen and Apple Watch. OVERVIEWS AND INSIGHTS View your daily records in a clear calendar. Track the intensity or frequency of each symptom and see average, lowest and highest values. Charts and insights help you identify possible associations with time of day, sleep, activities, medication and daily impact. ENVIRONMENT AND WEATHER Record factors such as bright light and screen use. Optionally link current weather data using Apple Weather to explore possible associations with factors such as temperature and air pressure. Your location is not stored. If no sleep data is available, you can manually record bedtime, wake-up time, sleep duration, interruptions and sleep quality. Supported symptoms can also be shared with Apple Health. Hot flashes rarely pick a good moment: the middle of a meeting, the checkout line, three in the morning. Logging one should take a second, not a form. Tap the big warm circle and it's saved. Add how strong it was or what was happening just before, only if you feel like it. HOT FLASHES, DAY AND NIGHT • Day and night are counted separately, because the ones that wake you deserve their own line • Your week at a glance • Log from the app, from Control Center, or just ask Siri HOW YOU FEEL • A quick daily check-in for sleep, mood, brain fog and joint pain, kept right beside your flashes YOUR HORMONE THERAPY • Add what you use: patch, gel, pills or spray, with estrogen, progesterone or testosterone • Mark when you started or changed a dose, and it appears on the same chart as your flashes • On patches? Set your change days once, and a gentle reminder arrives on your lock screen. Mark it done right there • A calendar of the last four weeks of doses and patch changes YOUR PATTERN OVER TIME • A clear chart of your hot flashes across weeks and months, so you don't have to rely on memory READY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT • A one-page PDF with daily counts, night episodes, severity, symptoms and your treatment timeline • The first question is usually "how often?" Now you can answer from your own record YOURS ALONE • Everything stays on your iPhone. No account, no cloud, no tracking • If you'd like, your hot flashes can also be saved to Apple Health Hot Flash Log is a journal, not medical advice. It doesn't tell you what to take or when. Treatment decisions belong with you and your clinician. MENO PLUS Optional subscription, monthly or yearly with a 7-day free trial, for longer trends, patterns, the doctor's report and trend widgets. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions.
