MaxHeight
Read full descriptionHide full description
See how tall you'll be. MaxHeight predicts your adult height in about 60 seconds. Answer a few questions ā your height, your parents' heights, where you are in puberty ā and get your predicted adult height with its likely range. No photos, no guessing: the prediction blends up to four established pediatric methods, built on CDC growth data. Then do something about it. MaxHeight turns your prediction into a daily plan: ⢠YOUR PREDICTION ā predicted adult height, your likely range, and how you compare with people your age right now. ⢠A PLAN FOR EVERY DAY ā a 365-day exercise plan that follows the WHO and US physical-activity guidelines for teens: impact and strength on build days, mobility and posture in between. Every move is illustrated. ⢠EAT FOR GROWTH ā daily calorie, protein, calcium and vitamin D targets from official US references (NASEM, USDA). Photograph a meal or describe it in words; foods the app doesn't know are looked up in the USDA reference database, and anything estimated is marked so you can correct it. ⢠ASK THE COACH ā a growth coach that answers your questions and can look at a plate of food, your posture, or an exercise position. ⢠COMMUNITY ā ask a question, share progress, and hear from people your age. Text only, every post checked, 13 and up. ⢠TRACK IT ā log your height as you grow. Your real measurements sharpen the prediction over time. ⢠STAY ON IT ā streaks, achievements, and an optional daily reminder. Where our numbers come from: every figure in MaxHeight traces to published science ā CDC growth charts, NASEM dietary references, USDA food data, WHO activity guidelines. The methodology screen shows exactly which, so you can check for yourself. No app can predict height exactly ā that's why MaxHeight always shows the range. MaxHeight is a subscription. TallPlan

TallPlan estimates your adult height and gives you a simple daily plan for healthy growth. Here's how it works: 1. It looks at the full picture Not just your age. Your estimate combines: ⢠Your parents' heights (height runs in families) ⢠Tall relatives in your family ⢠Signs of puberty (timing shows how much growing may be left) ⢠Your age, sex and current height It starts from the mid-parental height formula and shows a best guess with a likely range. 2. It updates as you grow Measure once a week. Every measurement updates your estimate. After about six months of logs your measured growth speed starts to count, and the more you log, the narrower your range can get. 3. A simple daily plan ⢠Sleep: at least the minimum recommended for your age ⢠Protein: grams for your body weight ⢠Calcium: the daily amount for your age Complete all three to close the day. Targets come from published guidelines such as the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the US Dietary Reference Intakes. 4. Meal logging in seconds Snap a photo of your plate or type what you ate, and TallPlan estimates the protein and calcium for you. 5. See your progress A chart of every measurement, how much you've grown since you started, and your sleep, protein and calcium over the last 7 days. Made for parents too: choose "I'm a parent" to set it up for your child. Your heights, your family's heights and your puberty answers stay on your device. The height estimate and meal analysis require a TallPlan Premium subscription. The daily plan, logging and progress chart are free.
