Keep a folder under On My iPhone in sync with a GitHub repository. Review changes, then choose when to synchronize. β’ Work with a folder you choose in Files. Edit its contents in any app that can use that folder. β’ See local changes and whether your GitHub branch is aligned. β’ Capture local changes, integrate remote history, and push without force. β’ When changes conflict, review affected files and choose the iPhone or GitHub version. β’ Check recent activity and use supported actions in Apple Shortcuts. Local Git needs a writable GitHub repository and an internet connection to synchronize. It works with folders under On My iPhone; iCloud Drive folders are not supported. Synchronization starts when you choose it.
