Pensum

Pensum is a training game for adults. Five tasks a day, about ten minutes, mixed from six disciplines: math, logic, memory, patterns, language and speed. The tasks get harder as you do β€” each game on its own, across ten levels. THE GAMES Math Mental arithmetic β€” four operations, two to three digits Quick maths β€” is the sum right? One after another, against the clock Target number β€” combine tiles to hit a target Logic Number series β€” spot and continue sequences Matrix build β€” assemble the missing cell of a 3Γ—3 pattern yourself Hatch picture β€” a mini nonogram that resolves into an image Memory Remember numbers β€” sequences of four to twelve digits, later also backwards Remember cells β€” tap back a sequence of lit cells Picture pairs β€” memory with sixteen pictures of its own Patterns Patterns & shapes β€” the figure that breaks the set Rotate β€” only rotated, or mirrored? Quick count β€” how many dots, at a glance Language Word flash β€” do the two words belong together? Word jumble β€” the word behind the scrambled letters Remember words β€” a list, then pick out the right ones Speed Reaction β€” tap only when the field is filled Colour & Word β€” what colour is the word, not what it says Number hunt β€” tap the numbers in order, against the clock HOW IT WORKS A short placement test to begin, then one round a day, with a weekly theme. Want more? Sprint (five fast games, about three minutes), Puzzling (four long puzzles with no clock in sight) or the Check (one minute β€” how are you doing today?). Practice lists every game on its own. The index shows where you stand. It starts at 100 and shows how hard the tasks are that you solve reliably β€” and which discipline is pulling you up right now. Wrong answers are explained, with the method rather than a consolation prize. One reminder a day, at the time you set. A missed day does not break the streak β€” two do. No leaderboards, no confetti: ranks from Bronze to Master compare you only with yourself. YOUR DATA Pensum has no server, no account and no analytics. Results, levels and settings stay on the device. There are no ads, no trackers and no crash reporting. The app is entirely free. No feature sits behind a wall. If you like it you can leave a coffee tip β€” it unlocks nothing. NOTE Pensum is a training game, not a medical device. It makes no diagnosis and does not replace medical assessment. The index is a game value, not a finding.

Mental Math

Mental arithmetic that feels like a game. An exercise sits on a chip in the middle β€” 7 + 5, 9 Γ— 8 + 4, √144. Drag it onto the right answer on the board before the clock runs out. Land it and your combo grows, taking the multiplier up to Γ—3. Miss and you only lose the combo: nothing here breaks. HOW IT PLAYS β€’ 14 seconds per exercise, shown by the ring around the chip: green, then amber, then red β€’ Answer early and score more β€” the bonus follows those exact colours β€’ Three correct answers in a row lift the multiplier one step β€’ Eight exercises per chapter, up to three stars β€” fewer misses, more stars β€’ No exercise repeats inside a run TWELVE CHAPTERS 1. Adding to 20 2. Adding to 50 3. Missing addends 4. Subtraction 5. Missing subtrahends 6. Times tables 7. Division 8. Square numbers 9. Square roots 10. Big numbers 11. Order of operations 12. Everything mixed FOR PARENTS β€’ No ads, no purchases, no accounts, no sign-up β€’ No cross-app tracking, no advertising ID β€” only anonymous statistics and crash reports, so we can find bugs β€’ Works fully offline β€” the app needs no internet and asks for no permissions β€’ Progress stays on the device and never leaves it Made for primary and lower secondary school, for anyone getting their mental arithmetic back up to speed β€” and everyone in between.
